My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.

I owned an A/T Hyundai Accent Model 2018. My question, since some have the impression on this variant of Hyundai that it has the most economical gasoline consumption per KM. But I could feel that my Accent has a big consumption, Is it because it is an A/T car, I monitored on the display and it showed a big consumption just in a city drive.

I made an appointment with Jacob Camacho who was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and the consummate professional. He worked through my list of must haves and asked lots of questions to be sure he wasn't missing anything. When I thought the whole experience couldn't get better in comes Korey Matthews, the Manager. We worked through several different cars and Jacob and Korey fought hard to get the right deal for me and an awesome "big truck" that suits me perfectly. I have purchased many cars in my 60 years and truly have NEVER had a more fun experience. I would recommend this dealer and Jacob and Korey to everyone looking for a car and wanting to be treated with kid gloves! Love you guys!

Fitzgerald Annapolis Mazda is top notch. Every facet of this dealership is consistently excellent. The customer service, new and used car buying experience, service department, sales associates, managers, quality of product, and genuine interest in providing excellent value for the money you spend are all far and away better than any other dealer we've ever used across nine states and a foreign country (we are military). We purchased a new Mazda from Fitzgerald's in Dec 16, and at the time we thought the car-buying experience couldn't get any better (see my review on 10 Dec 16). But, they went ahead and outdid themselves. Recently, we purchased a used BMW from Fitzgerald's and after driving it off the lot, discovered a hard to detect, yet fairly common (and fairly expensive) mechanical issue. Understanding the dealership had no further obligation toward us and our vehicle (e.g. no warranty), we contacted them right away about what we guessed would be a fairly significant repair. Not only did Fitzgerald's respond to us immediately, they arranged to bring the car in for repairs, provided a loaner vehicle, and had our BMW back to us in a matter of days. There was no wrangling, negotiation, or delays; and, they treated the repair as if it was under warranty! I can't guarantee they'll treat every situation this way, but I can guarantee this...the next time we are looking for a new or used car (probably later this year), our first and only stop will be Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis.

No one wants to pay for car repairs; however, you must take care of your car for your car to take care of you. Fitzgerald of Wheaton runs an honest and professional car service business. They explain what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Some repair shops out there tell you that everything needs to get repaired right away. They are professional and I would highly recommend this service shop to everyone.

Best MPG car I've ownex

I bought this car to go to and from work which is 106 miles round trip. I was driving a 2500, 4x4 truck that gets 14 mpg . This accent has been getting 36 - 38 mpg and I drive 85 mph. The transmission down shifts quite a bit to keep the under powered engine up to pace.. It also has a button to put the car in sport mode which allows you to manually shift the auto trans. And wakes the car up but still not where it needs to be but I didn't buy it for a speed car.. Most of the controls are on the steering wheel or right behind it. I'm an average size guy and have smacked my head getting in other econo cars but I haven't with the accent. Overall I like the car for the purpose I bought it for.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Recently purchased Canadian spec 2018 Accent GL 4-Dr H/B and it is very, very well equipped for the price! This is my second foray into Hyundai territory. First was a Y2K Accent H/B bought new, which wasn't nearly as good as the subsequent Toyota Echo's & Yaris' I've owned. If this '18 Accent holds up as well as my GF's 2009 Accent 3-Dr H/B has, then I'll be delighted!

I drove my parents van before buying a used 2003 Ford Focus 6 years ago..it was a great car but bc of age and miles it kept breaking down lately. Mostly major parts that cost a lot of money. I preferred to soak that money into a newer car that would last and I have to say I am not disappointed. So far the best car I’ve ever had and plan to keep for as long as possible

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

If I were in the market for a car this size the quality and features would be the best. Everything was top of the line. From the interior to the color, the style to the features, there is not another car on the market to compare to it.
