I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.
Terrence was incredibly helpful and really listened to everything I wanted. He was willing to find me every combination and compare all pricing to ensure I got the best combination and best deal. I was extremely pleased with the service and help.
I called to get information on a vehicle this dealer had just listed, they did not have any photos posted yet. I talked with Steve who texted me plenty of photos right away. He then FaceTimed me back and went over every inch of the vehicle for me and checked all functions real time. When I had a question that Steve did not know the answer to he asked a mechanic, Jeff to answer it for me. I live out of state from the dealer and could not see it in person, this was the next best thing. Because of Steve and Jeff’s help I planned on making a trip to test drive and see it in person. A vehicle came up for sale locally the same day that I ended up buying so I did not buy from Bronco Motors. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer based on my experience with them, they went that extra mile for me and I really appreciate that.
This is the second car I have purchased and financed through them. I have never had a better experience, as well an honest and more personal experience in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. The fact that they are honest about every aspect of the vehicle and in helping us find and finance one is the reason I come from Dallas to Idaho. I would suggest them to any and everyone who is interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I really wished I could afford the corvettes they have.
I bought my first car from Fairly's 5 years ago. It was everything I wanted and was my first "Adult" purchase when graduating from college. They made the whole car buying experience go very smoothly and made me feel comfortable with a new experience.
Since I had such a great experience buying my 1st car, when it was time to trade it in, I knew there was no question where I would go. They didn't have the car I wanted but within 24 hours Kolby was able to find exactly what I wanted in another state. Since it would be a week or so for it to be shipped here, we completed all of the paperwork beforehand. After Butch test drove my car that I was trading in, he decided it wouldn't be safe for me to keep driving it in the snow and ice so they but me in an AWD car until mine arrived.
Everyone at Fairly's goes above and beyond what any other place does and make you feel like you belong. Whenever they put you in a car it is always nice and toasty in the winter. They make you feel like your business matters. I will never buy a car anywhere else. They should really change their name to Extremely Reliable Bob's because all of their cars are top-notch!

The sales staff at LHM Honda were very helpful in narrowing down my options for a used SUV. The Toyota at the Honda dealership was better priced and had fewer miles that the comparable ones at the local Toyota place. My only "complaint" was in the final sales process regarding an extended warranty. The staff person was friendly and polite but I was confused with regard to my options to the "wrap" coverage. He drew several circles and arrows on a piece of paper with many numbers and indicated what the best deal would be for me. I would have liked to see something a little more professional in regards to what each level of service would cost me (i.e. 7yr/60K miles vs 4 yr/20k miles vs etc...) and what actual items are covered under the wrap (other than "covers everything"). I was not about to blindly add $3K to my final bill for a warranty which I knew little about (7 yr/60k miles). Had there been some informational pamphlets with all my options and prices spelled out, I may have likely purchased the coverage. However, once I said I was not interested, there was no more pressure on his part.
Great experience! So happy with my vehicle. Mark was so great to work with. I'll definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a car and I'll definitely be back if I am in need of another vehicle. Thank you all so much!
