The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.
I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
It's always nice to know that shopping for and ultimately buying a vehicle doesn't have to be a frightening experience! We saw a car online that interested us, and made the 30 min drive out to Youngstown. We were met by Stan and he immediately helped us out. We knew what we wanted, and we knew what we had to trade in.
At no point did Stan try and upsell us, or push towards something we weren't interested in. He listened to us and helped us get the truck we wanted. He was very helpful throughout the process, and did an excellent job keeping us informed. It was absolutely worth the drive, and I will be referring others to him in the future!
My daughter and I stopped in to look at another car and the Passat caught our eye. Very nice selection of vehicles. Kevin and the staff did an excellent job of taking care of us. I would definitely recommend and will most likely purchase from them in the future.
When you like the meal at a restaurant you'd go back, when you like a movie you'd watch it again. When you like the experience of,..say, buying a car at a dealer, you'd return. I would go back to Cochran Subaru-Butler and Associate Brandon Fehl. Brandon has earned my trust,something I don't extend easily, especially when making the decision on a car. Brandon was recommended by a friend and I heartily pass that recommendation on. Brandon knew what I wanted and the price range and it fit to a tee. ....And like I said, I would go back there again.
Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Joe is dedicated to serving the customer, and it is amazing how easy Joe makes the car buying experience. We had purchased a new Lincoln MKX previously from Phil Fitts and returned to purchase a used MKC. Our salesman, Albee Mangino, from whom we had purchased the MKX, was again very helpful, friendly, and fair. We believe we received a fair deal and are very pleased with the MKC. We also returned due to the excellent service department.
