I was recently in the market to purchase a new car so I stopped into Milam Mazda and I was greeted by Chris Wodjenski. Instantly he made me feel at ease with the process of purchasing a new car. He's very knowledgeable about every model and options. After looking at a few cars I decided to go with the Mazda 3 Hatchback. I highly recommend you stop in and talk with Chris Wodjenski. You will not regret it.
After driving up and down river road looking for a truck for the entire day I decided tocheck out Marketplace Auto. I was plesantly suprised with the quality of their inventory. They had very fair prices on great local cars and trucks. The staff was professional and helped mein every way. 5 stars all the way
I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Bergan was outstanding to work with. I don't think I've ever had a smoother experience, and he jumped through fire to get me back on the road. This place doesn't look like much, but is a total hidden gem. The appearance is very professional and they are completely by the book. I went for a test drive earlier at another dealership and they never even asked if I had any kind of identification, not the case here which made me even more in the confidence of this dealership. I will definitely be returning in the future if I'm wishing 500 miles. I got the feeling it's family owned and they really do have your best interest at heart. A must check out for your next vehicle.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
