I was feeling really down about purchasing a vehicle, my experience thus far was just terrible. I almost became doubtful that I'd find anything worth purchasing. Car is great and well maintained, runs very smooth. The AC blasts Mt. Everest Freezing Air and is the best gas saving car I have ever owned. Almost 40 miles the gallon on the highway. Has Aux and USB ports and great sound. It is pretty spacious comparing to other compact size sedans. Has a lot of trunk room considering the size of the car. Over all I have been happy with this car.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I owned an A/T Hyundai Accent Model 2018. My question, since some have the impression on this variant of Hyundai that it has the most economical gasoline consumption per KM. But I could feel that my Accent has a big consumption, Is it because it is an A/T car, I monitored on the display and it showed a big consumption just in a city drive.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My 2017 Santa Fe Sport displayed a tire pressure alert the other day. I was hoping it was the recent temperature drop as one tire was only down a few psi. I adjusted all of the pressures on Saturday. This morning, when I used the car, the one tire was down 16 psi. Mike, the Service Manager said he would check it out and do an oil change I requested, even though I didn't have an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the shop repaired the tire and changed the oil. Thanks for the great service!
Clown Car- unbelievable load capacity

Very reliable car, no issues at almost 50,000 miles. Looks small but the 60/40 split rear seat folds down to give a ton of cargo space! We call this our clown car because we really load it up! Only drawback is that it does not accommodate rear-facing car seats well unless your front seat passenger is short (seat has to be moved up several inches).

Even though I worked with Mr. Jones who was patient no matter how many times I entered the dealership, called to ask questions, or was running late from work, ever sales expert was pleasant and quick to help. The car I purchased had a few minor areas that needed touch up paint and the dealership was quick to say "No problem we can take care of that" Additionally, the financial officer was patient and kind in finalizing the sale. I have already shared my positive experience with others and shared business cards for future sales. Also, remember to ask for coupons (e.g.: AAA) and awards programs such as renting a car after a car purchase. I am not sure what type of regular dealer can offer such benefits.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

To start off... I have a 2013 Hyundai Tucson that I had bought a different dealership. My rear differential and a slew of other issues were happening to my vehicle which made it unsafe & problematic to drive. That day I had called about 7 different Hyundai dealerships to see how I can resolve these issues & with the holidays around the corner, the problem of not having a car while work was being done was my main concern. I was immediately paired on the phone with Elise who was helpful and talked me through all of the options and after a 15 minute conversation I was confident I knew where I wanted to go to service my car. She said she would have to check with her manager about the options for a loaner car or rental and would get back to be within an hour. (This had been the promise of the other 6 dealers and I had heard nothing back & still havent a week later). Dan got back to me less than 20 minutes later telling me they would prefer my car be towed in because they didn't want me to risk the drive to their dealership (25 min away) unlike any other dealer had offered to do. About an hour later I got to the dealership Dan immediately greeted me; everyone was friendly, very welcoming & happy I had got there safely. They said they will get the car right in the shop to see what was wrong and let me know soon, so i went to the waiting area. About 20 minutes later Dan came back and let me know what was wrong and that they would need to keep it their for a few days and they would provide a rental car for me. Jay and Dan both let me know what was going to need to be done and that everything would be taken care of and they would keep me up to date with anything that was wrong or needed to be done. (Which they have everyday since my car was dropped off). After some problems with getting a rental car (under 20), I was at the dealership not sure how I would get back home. Jay asked Mike (one of the servicemen) if he didn't mind taking me home, he of course did so happily. When I got back I was then able to rent a car with the help of Dan who called over to Enterprise and let them know the situation and made sure we got a vehicle. My car was then picked up today by a family member and everything looks as good as new! I can HONESTLY say this entire experience of only a few hours was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone genuinely cared and was happy to help. I will be going back for any problems, oil changes or any other vehicle needs. After this experience I would not even consider going anywhere else. I now recall that Marc Debenedictis worked with me for way over 6 months as I considered many options. I started with exploring buying or leasing a used Impreza; whether to trade-in or not and/or how to add another car. I had to decide for whom I was getting this second car: me or my son! From Marc's creative knowledge of options such as Military Offers to Leasing vs. Owning, I drove off with my new Legacy with Eyesight Safety feature. This is my 3rd experience with Curry Subaru and my 3rd Legacy Sedan with the All Weather package. Now we are a TWO Legacy family, and my job is done. My son has received his Legacy from me, in advance. I cannot speak highly enough about working with Marc. As I said above: Patient, Professional, not Pushy. But more than that, Marc is thorough, available, approachable and more. (Yes, the post-it notes in the driver's manual show all that). Through the years, from my black 2005 turbo, to my gorgeous 2011 Golden Brown/Bronze sedan, to my current beloved back seat driver Extra Safety Model: "Mom" for short, I have enjoyed dealing with the Finance Team, the Service Team: (All unsung heroes: Go Nancy Fiducia! and everyone.), and now, with Marc. What a ride!

I HAVE BEEN BUYING HYUNDAI ACCENTS SINCE 2003. I got hooked on this car because I read Consumer Reports Magazine and the article I read stated that BMW engineers came to Hyundai engineers to ask them for help in building BMW race car engines. That sold me on Hyundai and I would never stop buying it. Buying since 2003.

I have been car shopping for over 2 months and went to 10 different dealership. Every time the sales associate didn't care about my personal wants in the car, they kept trying to up-sell me on something I couldn't afford, or something I didn't need. I spent a few hours at Hertz and they where the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. I left with a used Volkswagen and couldn't be happier! Thank you Janine.

This Hyundai Accent is great it’s a nice small car but has plenty of room on the inside. Wish it had Bluetooth but I can live without overall a very very good car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Husband bought me my 2017 Hyundai Accent for Valentines Day and I absolutely love it!! I can zip around everywhere and it’s awesome! I thought after driving our truck that I would never go back to a car but I got the Accent and I love it, plus it’s sporty looking!

Car is small but easy to maneuver. It has good acceleration for highway driving. Interior has AUX and USB plug-in. Trunk is spacious. Easy on gas. Great for lengthy commutes.
