Interior drops my jaw for the price. Quality feel everywhere you touch and every button you press. Almost 300 hp pulls this 4,800 lb vehicle with authority without noticeable torque steer. Tons of leg room front and back, huge trunk, and I love the styling. Infinity sound system is great. The one thing I would change is the center channel speaker on the dash is overly dominate, especially on XM radio. There is the normal fade and balance adjustments, but now way to adjust the center channel that I have found in the manual or through the settings. I don't know what I would have to complain about if it weren't for that. Love this car!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. We like the styling inside and out! Has smooth ride and lots of power! It gets 34 to 35 mpg on the highway. And we really like the morracan pearl paint color as well as the tan and brown interior colors. Good electronics too!

I recently bought a Tucson Ultimate edition and was treated very well by sale person named Mike. He was very professional,helpful and considerate throughout my buying experience. He treated me as if I was a friend which is very unusual. I didn't feel pressured at anytime throughout the buying process. He has even continued to take time to help me the following days to get it in to ensure it got the latest ecu updates. I stopped in today because my heat not working properly and he came out to look at it for me even though it was a Sunday and service department was closed. I'm very impressed with Mike's customer service and will continue to shop at First Hyundai in the future.

luxury on a budget

purchased this with 11k on it a year ago and haven't been dissapointed at all. Styling - Beautiful styling inside and out with curves, leather and HID lights up front and LEDS almost all the way around. Basically a stretched Sonata with a V6 in it so plenty of leg room Features -Car is jam packed with features (Even with the base model). Outside everything but the running lights are LED and the V6 is standard across the board. Inside there are too many features to list but blue link, nav, leather with heat/ac seats, cooled glovebox are the main ones. Blind spot definitely comes in handy and everything is seamlessly controlled through simple intuitive controls around the car. Performance - This thing is FWD with a V6 in it. Things is a monster under the hood and it drives very well down the highway. bumps are very well dampened and the car has a remarkable turning radius for a car this size. Blind spots are minimal and shift points are very smooth with normal driving and tend to be alot more vocal at higher rpm's. This car wasn't really designed for a rally course or the drag strip so keep that in mind. Overall perspective -I would give this car a solid 8/10 rating with the only negative remarks being the slight lack of power for a v6 motor and I'd like it to be tuned a little stiffer and be more performance oriented. Other than that this is a solid choice and I can't wait to see how Genesis puts this car back out under a different badge...

We went up to the showroom and being short I wanted to see how easy it would be to get into one. Our salesman came over inquired about our interests. I have been doing business with this dealership now for 3 years and never in the 3 years have they failed to deliver to me, (the customer) the very best professional sales and service. Three years ago, when my family and I moved from Mobil, AL. to this area I needed service on my Sonata Hybrid. I found that they were the closest dealership to us so I took it in for service. I was pretty skeptical on the service I was going to receive being this service was to be a warranty issue. I was ready for a fight with the service department, (I have had problems with other service departments with other vehicles in the past) and lo and behold the service adviser was the most accommodating person I've ever dealt with. She was knowledgeable on the Hyundai product model (other than a work order writer only) and even offered me a loaner vehicle if they had to keep the car! WOW, Knocked me over, was not expecting that! My relationship with this dealership grew in the months ahead and one day I was talking to the service manager, Billy D., which is very well versed on all the aspects of this product along with one of the nicest person you will ever talk to, business or pleasure and he informed me that they had end of the year special deals on new cars, lease or purchase. I got a GREAT deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo, had it for 3 years and never had a lick of problems other than the normal things that came up from time to time, they always corrected the issues and offered me a loner when it was kept overnight. When I turned in my Sonata after 3 years I picked and got a great deal on a Genesis AWD with the Ultimate Package. My sales person, Derek T. did a outstanding job on taking care of all the small details of delivering this vehicle , along with being fully knowledgeable on all the functional/operations of the various options on the car. It has a lot of options on the car. I hate buying cars, it's like having your fingernails pulled off ! But, Got to say "That Was Easy" no fuss or muss. The sales & F&I manager, Anthony and Rodney as always were very easy to deal with, (very transparent). I have had the pleasure in meeting one of the owners of this auto group, Joe Ruggiero Jr. and have gotten to know him fairly well on the business side, he is a very approachable person, if you didn't know who he was you would think he was a customer or another person that was a sales manager, Joe never brushes you off to a sales or service manager if you need to talk to someone with more authority in order to resolve a issue in sales or service, he is there to help. He's a nice guy & will do whatever he can for you to try to resolve any kind of concern you as the customer may have. This family has built the business on honestly, integrity and repeat business and certainly have my families business. So I would have to honestly say within the last 3 years dealing with these people at First Hyundai in North Attleboro, MA. if you are looking for a good deal and great service on a new or used vehicle and no hassle with service of your vehicle, then this is the place to take it whether it is a Hyundai or another make. Very highly recommended.

So I took Bella (my new, blue 2017 Sonata) for her second service appointment. I appreciated being able to get an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. They got me right in and out. I was able to wait comfortably in their waiting area where refreshments, tv and magazines were available. Rob explained to me what services Bella had received and when her next service would be. I paid my greatly discounted rate (thanks to the terrific service plan I have that includes free oil changes as long as I own my car) and drove happily off into the sunset (ok, maybe not sunset since it was 1:30 in the afternoon, but you get my meaning) The only room for improvement I might mention is that I was unable to schedule my appointment online and the chat person was only able to suggest that I call. Minor annoyance but something someone should take a look at.

Before I tell my story I just want to Say that Big Joe is amazing and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. My day started with a 1.5 hour drive to the Auto Mile to look at some Honda Pilots at Big dealerships. At each one I was Cattle Prodded through their "process". No fun! Then a GREAT deal on a 2015 Pilot popped up on CarGurus. It was 20 miles away and at a used car dealer called Huggard & Ewing - wearily I left the big dealers and went to take a look - so glad I did! I met Big Joe right at the front door. Told him what I was there to see and he let me know it had just come in and was yet to be serviced for sale - they service all the cars before sale and Chris in service is super thoughrough. It turns out the car was three miles away and without knowing ANYHTING about me or my finances (and without trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot) Big Joe grabbed the keys to a Lincoln and said "jump in, let's go see that truck". Joe and I wandered around and inspected the Pilot in the pouring rain then I took it for a drive, the truck was great and I put down a deposit with plans to pick it up 3 days later before a 10 day driving vacation. Joe and I also connected on a personal front as we determined during our drive our families have some mutual friends. The day before pick up I got a call from Joe who was concerned that when in Drive the differential lock feature (full time 4wd vs AWD) was not kicking in and he didn't want me to take the car until it was figured out. So, still under warranty it was off to Honda. I was leaving for 10 days the following day and expressed concern to Joe about the timing and deposit. He said "enjoy your vacation, the Pilot will be here when you get back, if you don't want it then you get your deposit back." It turned out that the differential was JUST FINE, Joe And I did not know it had to be in D2 verses Drive to kick in (basically only to be used if your stuck and need the low gear power and traction). Ok, we learned something and it was operator error :) The amazing thing is that Joe and H&E management held that perfectly ready (and incredibly priced) truck on the lot nearly 2 weeks until I returned! Not many (if any) used car dealerships would do that! Big Joe is honest, trustworthy, and truly a customer advocate - something that is hard to find in any profession! The rest of the team did great work on the vehicle and made sure EVERYTHING was great the day I arrived, Thanks to Chris and the whole H&E team. This is probably the third review I have ever written, but the team there deserves the props!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!
