My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I currently have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for roughly seven and a half years now. Currently has 135,600 miles on it and never had any major issues with it. But the car was first rated at 29 city and 40 highway then changed to 28 city and 38 highway and 32 average. The last time I calculated the gas mileage for my car, I drove mostly highway and country roads with a light foot and only managed to average 31.4 MPG. Not terrible, but not great either. I almost never put on the air conditioning during the entire week with the car from full to almost empty. A lot of people are complaining about gas mileage with the Elantra as well, and it seems the Elantra of this model year is getting a few MPG lower in the real world than the rated EPA numbers. Even most other compact cars in the 2012 model years such as the Cruze, Focus, Civic and even the outdated Corolla are still averaging around 32 to 34 MPG while many people are only averaging 28 to 30 MPG with the Elantra. People are getting around the same gas mileage with the 2012 Camry 2.5 four cylinder. Even other Hyundai cars in the 2012 model year are getting real world gas mileage matching the EPA rated. Otherwise, for a seven and a half year old car, it still feels very solid, almost no creaks or rattles unless the weather outside is cold, the front seats are comfortable and the rear seats are like a couch, roomy interior, and overall a very reliable and safe commuter car. Not the best real-world MPG, but still fairly decent and I still recommend the 2012 Elantra to someone searching for a reliable used car.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I purchased this car because I DO NOT want a lot of bells and whistles on my car! I also wanted manual transmission! I also wanted a dial speedometer NOT a digital one! This car came with all that I wanted in comparison to the 2012 Honda Civic which had a bunch of needless stuff along with a digital speedometer! Yes, I was happy with my purchase and I still am! Although there are some design flaws such as the door handles crack over time due to design issues and the dealer will not pay to have this corrected - VERY DISAPPOINTED in this issue!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand.

Car is in great condidtion for a 7 year old car. Interior is a bit plastic-y but the style its in is great. Car handles as youd expect from a compact car. Has alot of interior room for its size. Reliability is 4 stars only because i think a bearing is going out on a fan, and it squeaks.

for the money It is a good car. However it has never come close to the mpg posted on the window. And mileage was a big reason i purchased the car. I have had no mechanical problems with the car. My wifes car got much better mpg and felt more solid and was quite inside. But we paid 50% more for that. Wife wins. I like my Hyundai

We decided to see what kind of an offer City Auto would offer us on our BMW. We were apprehensive as we exped to be offered several thousand dollars less the the market value (we expected 30-40%). The final offer to buy our car was about $1,500 less then we would have gotten trying to sell it private party. Was very impressed with Candi and Jeremy. I bought the 2013 Elantra for my wife who commutes about 30 miles per day. This model has every option available, and it's a fun car to drive. It gets good gas mileage, so she can run around in it everywhere without breaking the bank on gas expenses. The ONLY complaint we've had is the "high performance" (i.e. SKINNY) tires, which are so thin that they find every bump and jerk you around. Other than that, it's a great car (and the tires will soon be replaced with some bigger ones.)

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

Hyundai lied about the mileage I don’t know what happened I never saw a penny but the car has never gotten better than the low 20s and I bought it brand new it’s a reliable car and other than that I haven’t had problems but if you’re looking for a good gas mileage car do not buy this one

We leased a 2018 Sante Fe Sport on Memorial Day about 4 months ago. Just 2 weeks ago someone smashed into me on I24 going 70mph and totalled my car. Since it was a lease we did not get much back from insurance and did not even have enough to get the same car. I loved my Santa Fe and I basically walked away from the crash with minor scratches and bruises thanks to the safety features! So I went back to the dealership yesterday and told them my story and showed them the crash pictures. They went over and above to help me get into another lease with very little down and almost the exact same payment. They fed my son pizza and took great care of us!! I left there with a 2019 Santa Fe with more safety features and I only have to pay $10 more in my monthly lease payment. I love this place - Jessica, Ryan and Patrick are wonderful. I highly recommend buying here!!

I completely enjoyed my car buying experience with Carvana! The online process was so simple. After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

I love my 2014 Kia Soul. It's the 2014 base model but has features most base models don't. Cruise control, bluetooth, digital dash with outside temp., avg. MPG, fuel window by miles remaining, etc.. It's like new, has low miles at 35K. I read some reviews about the Soul base models 1.6L engine, that it was sluggish or lacking power, I find this not to be true. I think some reviews are too picky, it's not a dodge charger with a hemi but it has more than enough power for any normal driver. There are a couple of barely noticeable blemishes but this is expected from a three year old vehicle. The process was much easier than dealing with a dealer or individual seller. I financed through Carvana, very easy process. The car drives like new and to my surprise, the Soul has a ton of room for a guy 6-2. The delivery guy was cool and the vehicle was delivered three business days after I purchased it. I saved a lot of money. I did my research and local dealers are charging around $1k more for this vehicle plus you have to pay their dealer fees and deal with the bs games they play (aggravating). I also saved $500 from a friend referral, so I saved around $2K. I would highly recommend Carvana.

After thoroughly scouting multiple dealer websites for the past month and test driving about 5 different vehicles, I can say that without a doubt, no other dealership provides the lifetime incentives and customer service quite like the Nelson Mazda dealership in Cool Springs. First of all, the sales associate who helped me purchase my vehicle was beyond friendly and I really appreciated his up-front approach and no gimmicks sales approach. I felt as though VJ helped me make the best decision for ME, not just for the dealership or his sales #s. I was torn between a mid range luxury SUV and the Mazda CX-5, which I ended up purchasing, but after driving the car and learning about the EXTENSIVE safety features (which I would have had to shell out an additional $4k for at the other dealer), I knew the Mazda was the obvious choice. After having lost my previous car under pretty stressful circumstances, I was very hesitant and full of anxiety about buying a new car and especially finding a car I loved that fit my budget and my want for tons of extras/options. Fortunately, I left the Volvo, Acura and BWM dealers behind and chose to test drive the Mazda because ???heck,why not????....and I think it???s pretty safe to say I am very happy and excited about my decision. 10/10 would reccomend.

It's the perfect car for travel, and business. camera in the back really helpful to handle blindspots. Comfortable, and convenient. The compact size works great for keeping distance between other cars.
