The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
So I had to haggle to no end to get the trade in value was worth what my trade in WAS worth. The sales man didn't know how to work nearly anything in the car. I also think I forgot my garage door opener in my trade in when I asked they said they would have to look but it probably wasn't...which I'm sure they noticed at some point and couldn't even give me a courtesy call?

I had the easiest buying process ever at this car lot. I found a vehicle that fit me and my family and there was no pressure! I got to admit shopping around Seattle to Tacoma area I met a lot of dealers that wanted my money. It doesn't take long for them to get you in a car all you need is income , Ssi Card, and proof of address oh and your driver's license lol. They let me test drive the vehicle to ensure that I was comfortable with what I was buying. I spent an hour with them and it was the best experience. My car had no leaks the engine and transmission was powerful. And the interior was clean no big stains or damage to the exterior. Won't you give them a call and tell them what you can afford and tell him what you're looking for. After paying off my current vehicle with him I'm coming back to get another one! Happy holidays
I had such a wonderful experience with Sean. I came in looking for a new car and was super limited on funds due to a significant unexpected life change. I was a little discouraged because I found a car but the down payment was too high. I told him what I could do that day and him and Robin worked for several hours running through their entire inventory and running my numbers to find me the right car. I thought it would be just a running car. Not very nice but I just needed something. When Sean pulled up in my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra i almost cried. I never owned a car so nice. I didn't have enough down to purchase a warranty but they offered me gap insurance at no extra monthly. Buying used cars can always be a risk but I felt Sean really wanted to genuinely help me.
They had a car I was interested. The Gentleman I worked with professional and courteous. Price was on the high side of the Kelly Blue book but still a good price. But my bank would only lend me half his asking price. That was the only reason I did not buy the car.
Buying a car from here was the best experience I’ve ever had! I have been taken advantage of in the past, but from the moment I spoke to my salesman Kelvin it was different. This was the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the whole process was fast, but without me feeling rushed or pressured! This place makes you feel like family and I respect and value that! Thank you so much Kelvin and Christina for being great people

I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
Art Sanchez did a wonderful job, found the right vehicle...got the job done. Titus-Will had a good selection to look through....easy to pick which features were most interesting....thanks to all at T-W Toyota!!
