This car met all my Daughters need and she is very pleased with all the extra functions it has. Great on gas and smooth drive. She is so happy with her decision.
We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.
Bought a new HRV had a great experience. Rick was our salesman was not pushy treated my family nicely. Facility was nice and clean. CJ the manager gave us a fair deal. Would recommend friends and family to Hersons Honda.

i would own the same car twice. I love the look and feel of the Hyundai Elantra. It’s reliable and fun to drive. I use it as a second car.
Hard to imagine a better experience. Ric and Henry are the best, they are honest and will listen to your needs and find the best car for you. All of their cars are clean, have a Carfax history, and have had all routine maintenance done before they make them available to their customers.

I owned a 2013 Elantra I bought it brand new with 21,000 miles on it. The car got good gas mileage, it had all the bells and whistles, the back up camera was in a odd place where the cigarette lighter should go. It ran ok until my 5 years of having the car ..When it got cold I noticed a tapping noise I took it to the Hyundai repair shop I was very shocked to her that my engine was gone . When it gets cold metal fragments chips into the motor causing the motor to go out I informed them this should be a recall failure they stated no Patterson of Tyler was rude they was not helpful saying I should of had a extended warranty No you I felt they should fix the car mistakes nethless to say the argument with Patterson of Tyler did not end well..I ended up selling the car due to defective motor..Beware don't buy this car without a warranty or extended warranty
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
Six-month service on my 2017 Subaru was performed quickly and efficiently. High quality recommendations for Beyer Subaru Service dept. was one of the reasons I purchased my Outback at this dealership.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited edition with 55K miles on it for $8,500. I couldn't be happier. It is in excellent condition and has every bell and whistle you can think of...even the back seats are heated!!! I never thought I could get all that for under $10K. It drives like a sports car (a little rougher of a ride) but still very comfortable with great gas mileage.
Just recently purchased a vehicle at Honda of Chantilly, from the moment I stepped foot into the showroom, I felt the friendly/inviting atmosphere. My salesperson, "MR" Michael Reeves assisted me in reaching my goal and made everything very simple. I highly recommend Honda of Chantilly!

it’s a good car

It’s a really nice car.. love the inside and outside the only thing about it is the car shakes a little when sitting at a red light or something but maybe a oil change will fix it
This was my third dealership I was visiting to buy my new Hyundai. Other dealerships (especially their GMs) were arrogant and somewhat disrespectful in negotiating the price. However, Mudaser (sales advisor) was very honest and friendly out of all my car purchasing experience in my last 10 years.
We were greeted by Mudaser Jaura. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He really made the entire experience terrific. The General Manager and the finance manager were also great to work with. We purchased the perfect car and will happily make the 2 hour drive for future purchases.
Even though we haven???t worked out a deal yet this is by far the best dealer ship experience i???ve had. Greeted right from the front door and sat right down with the Sales Rep i was speaking to all day without an appointment! They are doing everything they can to find a good car for me and my expecting family! Thanks again to Leslie & Abdul!

This car met all my needs. I found it to be a great first car! I liked that it had heated seats and found it to be reliable
They were very honest. When they contacted me they asked what I was looking for and they told me each specific car the model, year, miles, pricing that was in my price range. Cars he did not recommend he told me what was wrong with it and why he wouldn't offer that as a first car
Got a great deal from this dealership for my daughter ! Not sure what all these people are complaining about. The NO PRESSURE sales technique is awesome as you don't have some peaty salesman bothering you the whole time. 6 HUGE STARS !
