We weren't planning on buying anything yet and were just looking. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being pushy and/or just looking to make a sale. Bill K. worked with us, asked questions, really listened to what we had to say and respected our opinions - meaning he didn't try to change our mind about what we liked or wanted in a car. He also understood that I was still hesitant to give up my 15-yr-old 2002 Outback. It was in good shape but due to age would eventually start needing expensive repairs, which is why we were starting to look around. He was very knowledgeable and found us a car similar to what I had. On one question we had he got someone else more knowledgeable about it to speak with us. We did a test drive - sweet ride. We asked for time to talk and think some more. He left us alone. When we came back in to talk, he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Finance also found us a warranty we couldn't refuse. Bill has checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and how we liked the car. We couldn't figure out how to set the clock - the manual wasn't helpful on that - and we brought it in. Bill was with another client but had Guy come out to the car and set it up for me. Guy was a sweetheart and patiently went through everything on the dash with me and set things up the way I wanted them. LOVE the car!! I've had it two weeks and already took it to Maine and back. Very sweet ride - like floating. Bill is a great guy and we highly recommend him and the dealership. It was a refreshing change from past dealership experiences where they only cared about selling a car no matter what or how, and getting as much money as they could out of us. I came to Country Hyundai to find a used, affordable, quality automobile under warranty. I met Scott Peters who presented and showed me three used cars you were selling for around $9,000-10,400. He showed me three cars which included the two I test drove; a Toyota corolla and an Hyundai sonata for about $10,000-$10,500 and mileage under 80,000 and year after 2010. I test drove both cars. Scott Peters then asked me which of the two I'd like to take for my repair place to look at in Chicope, MA. I drove the sonata since I liked the way it drove and the lumbar seats and other aspects mentioned. When I returned, I was favoring the sonata, and Scott Peters said the 2011 about 40-50,000 miles $10,500 Toyota was sold. I preferred the sonata. Scott Peters competently handled the sale of the used sonata to me. We arranged the time to complete the financial meeting with Chris. I cleared the finances with my sibling and Scott Peters. We waited for the necessary time to wire the funds to the local bank to be cleared and ready. Chris Patrick managed the formalities and provided the information about the warranty and paperwork. All three of these people adjusted to my having my auto repair review, my financial payment requirements and even retrieving my title from home. Amber Brainerd was both knowledgeable and very thorough and accessible when she spent adequate time with me in my new used sonata reviewing and acquainting myself with the workings of the panel and basics. She followed up thoroughly with me and provided excellent customer service including personally helping me transfer my remaining belongings from my old trade-in car to the new used one. Overall, I think they were attentive to my purchase of the vehicle and demonstrated both a professional and sincere interest to help me find a used, dependable car I am satisfied with, and I thank you.

Car gets excellent gas mileage. I replaced a truck with this car. I previously owned a 2011 Chevy Malibu, I will review that later. Stock rims are very durable, unlike some car companies. Excellent gas mileage. I get 33.80 combined city highway 50% city 50% highway.

After purchasing a 2006 Subaru Forester regrettably from another dealership who would not address a service issue on an advertised feature. I came upon your dealership from Subaru parts ct on the web and saw that your location was convenient to my home so I ordered the part I was looking for on your website. I received notice the next day that the parts was available for my pickup. When I went to the parts counter I was greeted by people who knew what I needed and were able to supply me not only with the part but with the drawings and information necessary for me to painlessly get the parts changed and functioning properly. I also ordered another part special order and again the part came join on time and with all the information I needed to perform the installation with no issues. And the parts from Suburban Subaru are over 10% less expensive that the other Subaru dealership who wouldn't help me out fixing the problem that they sold me. for the money It is a good car. However it has never come close to the mpg posted on the window. And mileage was a big reason i purchased the car. I have had no mechanical problems with the car. My wifes car got much better mpg and felt more solid and was quite inside. But we paid 50% more for that. Wife wins. I like my Hyundai

This past Christmas season, my Mother-in-law, my wife and I were heading out to Ohio from the Boston area to be with my wife's family. I had a 2013 Dodge Dart with roughly 55,000 miles on it, and it appeared to be in great shape, so we decided to take my Dart out to Cleveland for the 12 hour trip. Long story short, we didn't even make it out of Massachusetts, as we broke down on Route 90 at a rest area, the transmission DIED. We were over two hours from home at this point... I called AAA and they towed us to the nearest Chrysler Dealership, Metro. I walked into the service department visibly agitated at the situation, with my less-than-amused wife (who never wanted me to buy the Dart in the first place...) and my Mother-in-law in tow. Orlando greeted us, and offered the waiting room up to my wife and MIL while he and I figured out what we were going to do. Orlando understood my situation, and how my wife was clearly agitated with me -- and he made sure to do everything in his power to keep me out of getting in more trouble!! I got a rental from Enterprise while leaving the car with Orlando and drove out to Cleveland. Orlando called me the next day stating that Chrysler wasn't going to cover rental costs for me, and that the parts for my car were back ordered for at least a month. He instructed me to call Chrysler myself and gave me some ammunition to fight them with. Unfortunately, they wouldn't budge when I called. But, without me even asking him to do so, Orlando saw that the situation was B.S., and fought them for me. He had Chrysler conference in Enterprise and he talked Chysler into covering my initial out of pocket rental costs, and another 10 days of rental. He fought for more than 10 days, but Chrysler wouldn't budge... Knowing I was going to need a better solution than just 10 days, I called and said to Orlando: "You can see my Dart is in perfect shape other than the transmission that's under a recall. What can we do so I never have to see that Dart again?" Enter Marlon. Orlando got me in touch with Marlon, one of the sales guys. I told him my situation, my financials, and all the details. Because I was upside-down on my loan on the Dart, we had very limited options as to getting me into a new vehicle. Even though this is a Chrysler dealership, I think Marlon could tell I didn't want another Chrysler product. He showed me a 2015 Nissan Altima they had on the lot, and it was a perfect fit. He was able to work with the bank to make sure my payments didn't go up at all, and that I was able to get a very nice rate on the loan. Considering that I broke down in an area that I wasn't familiar with, I was at the discretion of the AAA driver as to where the car was going to be taken. I could not be happier that I ended up at Metro. Marlon and Orlando were outstanding.

I bought the 2013 Elantra for my wife who commutes about 30 miles per day. This model has every option available, and it's a fun car to drive. It gets good gas mileage, so she can run around in it everywhere without breaking the bank on gas expenses. The ONLY complaint we've had is the "high performance" (i.e. SKINNY) tires, which are so thin that they find every bump and jerk you around. Other than that, it's a great car (and the tires will soon be replaced with some bigger ones.)

I currently have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for roughly seven and a half years now. Currently has 135,600 miles on it and never had any major issues with it. But the car was first rated at 29 city and 40 highway then changed to 28 city and 38 highway and 32 average. The last time I calculated the gas mileage for my car, I drove mostly highway and country roads with a light foot and only managed to average 31.4 MPG. Not terrible, but not great either. I almost never put on the air conditioning during the entire week with the car from full to almost empty. A lot of people are complaining about gas mileage with the Elantra as well, and it seems the Elantra of this model year is getting a few MPG lower in the real world than the rated EPA numbers. Even most other compact cars in the 2012 model years such as the Cruze, Focus, Civic and even the outdated Corolla are still averaging around 32 to 34 MPG while many people are only averaging 28 to 30 MPG with the Elantra. People are getting around the same gas mileage with the 2012 Camry 2.5 four cylinder. Even other Hyundai cars in the 2012 model year are getting real world gas mileage matching the EPA rated. Otherwise, for a seven and a half year old car, it still feels very solid, almost no creaks or rattles unless the weather outside is cold, the front seats are comfortable and the rear seats are like a couch, roomy interior, and overall a very reliable and safe commuter car. Not the best real-world MPG, but still fairly decent and I still recommend the 2012 Elantra to someone searching for a reliable used car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I purchased this car because I DO NOT want a lot of bells and whistles on my car! I also wanted manual transmission! I also wanted a dial speedometer NOT a digital one! This car came with all that I wanted in comparison to the 2012 Honda Civic which had a bunch of needless stuff along with a digital speedometer! Yes, I was happy with my purchase and I still am! Although there are some design flaws such as the door handles crack over time due to design issues and the dealer will not pay to have this corrected - VERY DISAPPOINTED in this issue!

Hyundai lied about the mileage I don’t know what happened I never saw a penny but the car has never gotten better than the low 20s and I bought it brand new it’s a reliable car and other than that I haven’t had problems but if you’re looking for a good gas mileage car do not buy this one

THis is a great looking and handling car that holds it's value and lasts forever. I've owned 3 Hyundai models now and all of them have been my favorite car. I've had the Entourage (Mini-Van) Sonata (Mid-Size Sedan) and the Elantra (4 door compact) All have gone well beyond 180K miles except the Elantra that I just bought but that I firmly believe will do the same. The best part is that if you buy it used and there is one owner part of the factory warranty still applies.

In mid-November, 2015 I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy with help from Gus (no longer w/Steve Lewis) and he was great - articulate and efficient. The tech person who helped me e.g. sync my phone etc. (Julie) was helpful too. The 1,000 mile "check-up" was uneventful. I had the 6,000 mile service conducted at about 5,800 miles b/c it was convenient to me; that was about three weeks ago. It was done quickly; and when I left the lot I felt all was good. I did however need follow-up help with two issues: (a) once my odometer reached 6,000 miles, when I turned on the car I was offered help to schedule my 6,000 mile service (which had been done); and, (b) my phone had become "unsynced" from the car. So, I called expecting it to be a hassle to figure things out. I was told to come over at my earliest convenience, which I did that day (afternoon of Friday, March 11). The guy at the service desk (sorry I didn't get his name) listened to my description of what I needed help with and summoned Benny Cruz who accompanied me to my car and in 15 minutes he had me on my way with everything "made right". I want to thank the Steve Lewis Subaru staff who fielded my call and emphasized they wanted to fix my problems ASAP, the gentleman at the desk who listened carefully to my "problems" and then summoned the aforementioned Mr. Cruz who was quick, very competent and polite. After purchasing a 2006 Subaru Forester regrettably from another dealership who would not address a service issue on an advertised feature. I came upon your dealership from Subaru parts ct on the web and saw that your location was convenient to my home so I ordered the part I was looking for on your website. I received notice the next day that the parts was available for my pickup. When I went to the parts counter I was greeted by people who knew what I needed and were able to supply me not only with the part but with the drawings and information necessary for me to painlessly get the parts changed and functioning properly. I also ordered another part special order and again the part came join on time and with all the information I needed to perform the installation with no issues. And the parts from Suburban Subaru are over 10% less expensive that the other Subaru dealership who wouldn't help me out fixing the problem that they sold me. Thanks to Suburban Subaru parts and service personel I now know the way to the best Subaru dealer in Connecticut. Thanks guys

Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for. I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive: After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account. OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill. Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars. O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Perfect for Musicians!

This is the car of my dreams! It's the perfect size; not too small like the Accent, not too big like the Sonata, so it's a breeze for parallel parking. The trunk is surprisingly large- which is much needed for transporting instruments/equipment as well as everyday needs. I wasn't a fan of the backup camera at first, but now it's become a necessity and definitely taken strain off of my neck. The steering wheel radio controls and hands-free calling have also become a necessity, and I'm sure they've prevented many accidents so far.
