I bought a Mercedes Benz 350 GLK 4matic truck for City World Hyundai and I am very pleased with the service I got. When issues with the original 2011 model cropped up, Briant Rosa went above and beyond to make sure the issue was smoothed out, resulting in me switching up to a newer model, and he was very respectful and professional. I am a hard to please customer, but these guys were so determined to give me the best service, with a personal touch; for the length of time I was at their office, they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had been to 8 different dealerships, and the experience ranged from deceptive salesmen who tried selling me something else, to those whose car on ground was a far cry from what the pictures on their sites tell, to those who didn't have the car and were bulxxxxting. And then everyone wanted to run my credit first! But for the fact that I was in banking then and understood exactly what they were about to do, they would have ruined my credit before I could buy the car. There were those that took one look at me and their attitude said it all. Also, City Hyundai sticks to timelines; came in on the morning of the Friday I agreed with them, and left with the car that evening, with all t's crossed and i's dotted, from financing to DMV. Also, the follow-up has been excellent, with the title and other relevant stuff arriving way ahead of the average time. I am already discussing future business with them. My next car is definitely coming from them.

This is the car of my dreams! It's the perfect size; not too small like the Accent, not too big like the Sonata, so it's a breeze for parallel parking. The trunk is surprisingly large- which is much needed for transporting instruments/equipment as well as everyday needs. I wasn't a fan of the backup camera at first, but now it's become a necessity and definitely taken strain off of my neck. The steering wheel radio controls and hands-free calling have also become a necessity, and I'm sure they've prevented many accidents so far.

We now lease 3 Hyundais from Raymond and his dealership and for good reason. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the vehicles that we have from the look of the car, the ride it provides us with, fuel efficiency, riding comfort and service and repairs as needed. This is a very friendly and very thorough dealership. Raymond has been our salesman now since 2015 and we would not think of using anyone else. We visited Tarrytown Honda on June 9, 2017 simply to get an idea of what was available and begin our search for a new car. It was our first visit to a dealership since 2003 when we bought our last car. What began as our first trip to scout possible purchases ended up being our last--because we bought the car that very day as a consequence of Wilson Velez's superlative work with us. He followed our lead as to what we wanted and then guided us to the exact model and features which matched all of our criteria and then some. He explained everything we did not know completely clearly, and we left not only with a car but with an automotive education. Without pushing anything on us while he educated us adeptly so that we DID end up getting much more than we originally intended--not because he insisted, but because he enabled us to see the value of his suggestions and expanded our own ideas into better ones. The result was a much better car than we had imagined at the start at a price which made buying it right then the obvious thing to do. Especially since our last purchase was 2003, he was amazingly patient in letting us know how cars have changed, what was standard, what was more that would be good for us, immediately grasping what we wanted with no attempt to push us into anything superfluous. Most significant was that he immediately earned our trust, so we knew that he was not trying to load us with unnecessary features, and would let us know what would work best for us and what was not really necessary. We did end up with much more than we intended, but with nothing we did not need or want after talking with him. That trust built as he explained the operation and function of each feature and the advantages to us when appropriate. We never had the feeling he was trying to get us to buy features we neither wanted nor needed but that he truly understood our interests and widened our understanding. Wilson was well-informed, a great communicator, and did everything with the warmth of a friend more than a salesperson we just met. Best said, we did not buy a car from a salesperson; we bought a car from a person. We have already recommended Tarrytown Honda and Wilson Velez to other friends. Because of his expert and sensitive work, you now have two more life-time customers. And, now that we have driven the car for some days, we truly have a sense of how well he understood us and served our needs, and how our car (the Honda Civic Hatch EX) is exactly right for us. If you want a reliable, economical (to buy and drive) yet roomy and nice feeling car with industry leading looks, the Elantra is for you. Appointed just fine for everything I wanted in a commuting car. I wouldn't call it a family sedan, but would do if need be. Sips gas. Bought first one new as the base L model, and what a deal. Taught my daughter to drive a standard on it, then she stole it (ok she bought it, but I gave her a family deal). Bought another one used (hail damage write off), 2014 GL model but same car but now my son is taking it. Great car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Ever since my previous car started malfunctioning, I found the 2014-2015 Elantra Sport and I had to have one. The beige leather interior, the keyless ignition, the sports stainless steel pedals, sunroof, heated leather seats, I mean, everything I wanted. The car gets great gas mileage, has lots of leg room, at least for the manual version, I can't sing its praises enough. Im sure theres something car buffs can find wrong with it, but for me, it's what I needed.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

First off since I have extensive automotive experience I had prior doubts on a Hyundai purchase due to there prior fail in the 90's as a cheap unreliable vehicle but wow! did my feelings change. First Hyundai elantra's are everywhere ( 3 of my neighbors have them) and the magnetic pull towards a common car was a absolute null feeling and I didnt think I would eventually be a "proud" owner. The car has a solid sporty feel with a smooth transmission a moderate power and the standard accessories are just amazing from the touch screen stereo and the steering wheel controls with intergrated hands free phone and the "peppy" engine with a 30+mpg feels right for the size the Elantra is" even though there are more powerful cars in the same catagory but not common at this price". Overall experience with my Elantra has changed my opinion on Hyundai's and they are definitely not the cheap unreliable vehicles which i thought they were and I will be definitely purchasing a hyundai for my wife because she keeps taking mine.

I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it was working with Chris and Art. From the first call I made to them to the time I was able to drive my car out of there was less than 3 days. They were accommodating in every way imaginable, and went above and beyond to help me with the process. I did not feel an ounce of pressure to buy anything when looking at different options. There was a small leak in an oil line that they easily could have never told me about. HOWEVER, they were quick to call me and let me know that the part had already been ordered from dealer and fixed it free of charge in under a day. The used car salesmen reputation certainly does not hold true for these two and I would recommend them to family and friends any day of the week. I will never lease or buy a car anywhere but Hudson Auto Traders.

To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

I???m not the typical let me write a review customer . How ever with the experience I had I just feel the obligation to ! I was driving passed hillside auto out let , not hillside auto mall, hillside auto outlet is on 161-10 Jamaica Ave, I dropped in to check out a Q50 I seen on the lot . I was looking at the car and Milton (sales person) came and greeted me . He literally explained the car details specs uses in full detail. I test drove the car as well and it drove beautifully. The team they have there are like a good house . Sound and sturdy! Very friendly attentive and humble people . They offered me food coffee and made me feel very welcome . They didn???t push the process or make me feel pressured . They got me the right deal with the right price and I don???t feel like I just made a huge mistake ! I loved the experience and effort they put into me and my investment (car) lol! Thanks Hillside Auto mall and Jay! Really made me very happy!!

I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

I feel like i got an upgrade when i traded my nissan sentra for the hyudia elantra, the elantra has way more power and drives much smoother ,i believe it will also be a more dependable car.

On Saturday 11/17/18 I had the one the best salesman I have ever met. Erizardo was very professional and patient with me during my first car purchase. I had the pleasure of test driving cars while he explained the luxuries that came along. He handled my new lease sale and accommodated me to the full extent. He was also very informative and had excellent customer service. Although I was feeling overwhelmed over my insurance he reassured me things would work fine out and he made it happen. I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.

I purchased a 2010 Mazda CX7(absolutely lover her) My first vist wasnt so good. I tried to take the original car i wanted (Nissan Murano'09) for a test drive and it cut off on me 2blocks down the street. So i took that as a sign that i should keep looking. With no luck and the fact that i really wanted that car i went back on Dec 5, the car was still there, but someone else was in the process if purchasing the car. I was very disappointed but i looked around because they said they had new stuff. I cam across a car that a thought was the cx7 it turned out to be the cx9. When i ACTUALLY saw what the car looked like my eyes opened wide n my jaw droped i fell in love. Sam and Ash were very helpful with my process and Ash completely sold me on the car because his father owns one so he was quite familiar with the car. I tell everyone where i got Diamond(my car) from. Very wide selection of cars n suvs.

I love the mileage, the look, the comfort and the design of the car. The few complaints I have are about design of the car, in specific areas: The windshield wipers divert the water straight into the window. It comes into the window...runs straight down the speakers and onto the control panels for the windows and doors. Yes I can put rain guards, but there should be some sort of trough in the design to keep the water from going straight down. If there is snow on the trunk lid and you open the trunk, it dumps straight down inside the trunk! There should (once again) be a trough of some type to keep this from happening. Lastly, don't ever buy a black Hyundai....keeping them clean and keeping the swirls and smudges off is impossible. Usually I can wax my car and it keeps the little things from sticking so bad, but not on this car. My 1996 Jimmy does better with the paint and the wax and preventing sticking. This Hyundai is ridiculous to keep clean. I should have never bought black...I should have bought RED!
