Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
Not only did they go above and beyond in all measures to make sure I was satisfied with the car, but you can tell they actually care about you and aren???t just trying to make the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone! Great sales managers too!
The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.
Dave is a excellent salesman had no pressure that salesmen usually give you when shopping for vehicles , he helped find easiest way for me to purchase the vehicle I wanted . just all around great guy to work with . Couldn’t find a better deal !!! Thanks for all your help & putting up with my wife !!!
This is the second time I have used the service department for my Sante Fe. Each time the team members that I have had contact were professional and very helpful. On this visit a small request was overlooked. And b I mentioned during final review of the service the service manager immediately sent my car back in and had the issue resolved in less that 10 minutes. I have been very pleased with each interaction.
I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.
I set an appointment for an oil change and was all done in less than 20 minutes!
