Owned the car for 3yrs. Never had any major issues with it and only got rid of it for something bigger. Definitely recommend this car!
Everything and everyone at this dealership was awesome, I never felt like I was being pressured or forced to make a decision. They were very patient with me, and even when I got back to the finance department there were no tricks up their sleeve???s or hidden costs, perfect car buying experience definitely going to be my first stop next time I need a vehicle

I own a Hyundai Elantra for over three years. I drive short and long distances and the car was always very reliable with great mileage. No complaints.
We have purchased through a few dealerships. Our experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs was excellent. Sim Thomas is an exceptional person to work with. He is not a high pressure sales representative, but listened to what we needed, and worked on putting a deal together. He followed up to make sure everything was going ok. We would highly recommend Sim, and if we need to purchase a car in the future, Sim would be the first person we would go see.
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
Man I don't know what to say are were to start, My experience was a great one . Job well Done .Thank you all for a job well done. So happy to have experience a new begin with Ray Skillman GMC.

Absolutely beautiful car! Drives very well. Clean and dependable with a smooth ride and comfortable seating. The Haundai Elantra was a great but for the money and I would certainly recommend it to friends.
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.

This car meets all my needs and plus I have leather seats which I’m loving and also it’s very reliable and great on gas n I’m averaging about 30.5-41 mpg doing mixed driving or highway driving and I love how everything is convenient and etc it’s a great buy for the money and will recommend to anyone looking for a great car and I have the bronze color which looks awesome on this car
I came here to buy a used car. Most of the used cars had 10 year 100K mile warranty, and it is truly included with the used car. Most places I have been try to sell you it after you already agreed to a price. Here they had the warranty included. Best place I have ever purchased a used car from. I will be back!
Aj was great. Sounds like he will be there for us years to come. The only complaint was the trade. I see they are trying to sell our trade more then double then what they gave us. Felt a little ripped off when I saw that. Hope service will be as good as aj was us.
SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. MY VAN WAS RETURNED TO ME CLEANER THAN WHEN IT CAME IN. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TAKE ME TO WORK AND THEN PICK ME UP AT WORK WHEN THE SERVICE WAS DONE.

This car was exactly what I was looking for. It has all the extras I wanted, lots of leg room, a huge trunk, and great gas mileage
Over the years I've purchased a lot of cars. My experience with Richmond BMW Midlothian was very positive. Charles Armstrong offered the perfect example of how to treat a serious car buyer, especially when I live two hours away. After my initial contact, he responded within minutes. I told him the inventory stock number of the car I wanted, and said I would buy the car from the dealership that gave me the best price and was honest with me. He sent me a detailed sheet of the numbers. I was surprised that BMW Midlothian could compete with the pricing of the dealers in Northern Virginia and Maryland. They did! Also, my car was in excellent condition, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in on my 2014 BMW X3. The staff is very professional and doesn't use high pressure tactics that some car dealers do. In short, they respects their customers. If you're going to buy a BMW definitely contact BMW Midlothian first. Oh, and be sure to ask for Charles Armstrong. You'll be glad you did.
Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. When you spend money on a new car you not only want great customer service but you want to buy it from someone who actually cares about your needs.
The staff was both friendly and professional, making my car buying experience very easy. My sales associate Peter was excellent at informing me about all the features in my car and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the product. He helped me pick out the perfect car and made the buying process a breeze!

I think this vechicle has performed greatly for me being that it had a previous owner before me. If properly maintained I believe that I can honestly say that I got my money worth for a used car.
This was the first time I actually bought a car on my own, Alex made me feel like it was not a big deal and that I would be OK, I don't think he realized it. I went from a huge Suburban to a much smaller car, he knew I was nervous, so when we went on our test drive it was great, as he explained what the car had to offer and made me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go work with him. Bruce is the same manager and also come over and talk to me and he was so kind and has a huge heart!
