To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

My wife and I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 11 years and this year it turned 186000 miles. Easily the best car we have ever owned. And we would buy a Hyundai again but we wanted a truck to replace "old reliable." So we did our research and knew what we wanted a truck with as much reliability as our old Hyundai. I wanted a Dodge 1500 crew cab for the ruggedness and reliability and my wife was Intested in the Toyota Tacoma for the reliability and the drivability. And we know we clould not afford a brand new truck. So after a week of truck shopping and disappointment. We were driving past the Hyundai dealership and I saw a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab in our price range. So we stopped in to check it out. When my wife and I pulled up we made a bet to see how long to would take for a salesmen to acknowledge us... we were both wrong, Chris welcomed us with amazing finesse and professionalism. We explained to him our price range and wants and needs. He said he had the perfect truck for us. So we followed him out to the lot and he shows us a Nissan Frontier crew cab SV. At first I was frustrated because it was not the Dodge. But after test driving them both my wife and I realize that Chris had our best interest in mind. The Nissan was more reliable then the Dodge and my wife was more confident driving the Nissan. So now we own an a great truck and are so happy. Hyundai is an amazing brand, Earnhardt Hyundai has an incredible staff and Chris is the best of the best. Please do yourself a favor and stop by, no matter what type of vehicle your looking for. You just might be surprised.

xxxxty paint, subpar customer service.

I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Charles Bain is exemplary employee that represents the service department at Camleback Kia. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him servicing my 2016 Sorento and each time he is absolutely the best to work with, kind and prompt. I literally have no worries when I leave my car there now because I know he'll make sure it's taken care of, that all my concerns are addressed in great detail even before the work is completed. He always calls me to let me know what's going on and follows through on a promise. This is what you should expect from a marketplace exchange with a business as a wary consumer but the fact that not only does he deliver as he should as expected of his employer, but he makes me feel comfortable knowing he's "got this" that I'm not coming back to things I didn't agree to that have been added without my consent, my car is cleaner than when I brought it each time, walks me to the car to make sure I approve of the work, just an overall above an beyond experience. I remind him now how much sincerely appreciate his help and knew when it was time to service my SUV this time around again that I picked the time that HE was available. I live in Peoria, minuets from Peoria KIA, and I'd rather come to Phoenix which is near my work just to work with Charles Bain.... Long story even longer, I needed the basic service to my SUV. Oil change and I requested a tire rotation but I also was coming in because the power seat wasn't working. When I came back he told me I didn't need the rotation yet and didn't do it to save me some cash - He could have just done it regardless but his integrity kept him honest. I appreciate that. Also the seat fuse just went out so it was no charge and all I did get done was the oil and a engine filter. I haven't worked with anyone else at Camelback Kia so hopefully they're all like Charles BUT in any case management needs to start looking at Charles as the role model for the standard on how consumers are treated.

Love, Love, Love My Elantra!!

I love the mileage, the look, the comfort and the design of the car. The few complaints I have are about design of the car, in specific areas: The windshield wipers divert the water straight into the window. It comes into the window...runs straight down the speakers and onto the control panels for the windows and doors. Yes I can put rain guards, but there should be some sort of trough in the design to keep the water from going straight down. If there is snow on the trunk lid and you open the trunk, it dumps straight down inside the trunk! There should (once again) be a trough of some type to keep this from happening. Lastly, don't ever buy a black Hyundai....keeping them clean and keeping the swirls and smudges off is impossible. Usually I can wax my car and it keeps the little things from sticking so bad, but not on this car. My 1996 Jimmy does better with the paint and the wax and preventing sticking. This Hyundai is ridiculous to keep clean. I should have never bought black...I should have bought RED!

I've been buying pricey Mercedes??? for the last 35 years so Mercedes has been my sole dealership experience....until yesterday. I wanted to get my wife a new car and she loved the look and comfort of the new Murano (which she had driven because her best friend (a successful medical supply saleswoman who put 40,000 miles a year on her car for her job) had purchased 5 Murano's in a row and absolutely loved them for their comfort and reliability, never having had a single mechanical issue with any of them. So, I researched the car diligently online and I went to 3 dealerships (Larry H Miller Nissan in Mesa, Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale and ABC Nissan in Phoenix) before purchasing with ABC. To cut to the chase, I've never had a better experience at any car dealership than I had at ABC Nissan because the ABC salesman, Kass (Kassem), a young man who was highly knowledgeable, extremely informative, honest, respectful and didn't play any of the usual salesman games. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I can also tell you that ABC beat the other dealerships prices by a very substantial margin. Additionally, Kass was kind enough to offer to drive the title other documents that required my wife's signature to her office in Old Town Scottsdale so that I didn't have to make the trip and so that she didn't have to travel to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. There was simply no comparison at all between my experience with Kass and the other Nissan dealerships. Larry Miller???s manager tried to pressure me into buying the car before I left the dealership (not an unusual sales tactic but annoying nevertheless), and spoke to like he was talking to someone buying their first car (I'm 60 years old). The manager at Pinnacle had no interest in negotiating at all and actually walked out of the room, with a brisk "Good luck" when I didn't accept his considerably overpriced offer. Kass, by comparison was a complete gentleman and did everything possible to make the experience pleasant, lacking any pressure and nonsense, as did the ABC finance manager, Travis, who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly and very informative. I highly recommend these two ABC representatives. I was so pleased with the experience and the end result that I asked to speak to their general manager to express my complete satisfaction and appreciation for the experience they provided. And, my wife (and I) absolutely love the car. In closing, this is the dealership to go to if you are considering a Nissan and I would very highly recommend you ask for Kass. I???m somewhat new to the area and have transferred all of my maintaince services of my 2017 optima lease to Camelback Kia. I???ve been unlucky enough to have gotten a nail stuck in my tire twice in just the last few months. This dealership has been my go to since taking it in to get in oil change for the first time. I always deal with Charles Bain and he is absolutely wonderful! He always makes sure to take really good care of me and makes me feel like I???m top priority. It???s a busy dealership but they???re always very timely on getting things done. If you do have to bring your vehicle in for service, make sure you give Charles a call!

I bought the car brand new with only less than 5 miles on it. It’s the fully loaded Limited Utime editio. It has never required any service and its almost 24,000 miles. Super great value and craftsmanship. People seem to always mistake it for a Lexus model they have never seen. I get a lot of compliments and admiring looks. Super nimble in the sports mode.

If you are looking for a car for your everyday need choose hyundai elantras. Depending on your distance of computing your tank can last you 5 days. My own is approximately 2.5 years old and the only issue I had was the battery because the one i bought the car with the original battery it came with when it was purchased brand new. I think having a battery that last you in this car about 3 years is worth having. Overall very good quality car!

Started the buying process through USAA, as they offer a discount. (It's not a huge discount, but it also includes lots of other little things, like maximums on what a dealer can charge you for certain things, etc.). When I hit that button, I was innundated by calls, voicemails, emails and texts from 7 dealerships! It was very overwhelming. Eric Steffes at Camelback sent me one email and one text the next day. When I explained that I was just gathering info and was being hounded by all these dealerships, he was very understanding. He sympathized, and then told me exactly what he had that met my specifications. No upsell, no pressue, just "here is what I have and this is the price." Considering most dealership won't give you exact pricing without you coming in to the dealership, I was impressed - and relieved. I liked the vehicle, texted with him with a few questions about the vehicle and set up a test drive. When I arrived fo rhte test drive, both Eric and the vehicle were ready and waiting for me. He answered all my questions, and I decided to purchase the car. I had to go back to work, so I filled out the credit app, they valued my trade inand I went back to work. I was in and out in 35 inutes. I returned to the dealership after work, and once again, everything was ready to go. The vehicle was ready, and the paperwork just needed to be signed. Blake, the F & I manager was great. We went through the paperwork for the vehicle purchase, my trade in and everything. When we go to the extended warranty part - Blake did exactly what any good salesperson does - he did his best pitch. He answered my questions, and pressed the issue. When I declined, he pressed again, but respectfully. I declined again, and he did some finagaling along with the sales manager and GM of the dealershp to get me the warranty at a price I could live with. I honestly feel that I got a great deal on the vehicle AND the warranty. Delivery was a breeze, and Eric even helped me move stuff from my trade in to the new vehicle. All in all, I would definately recommend Camelback Ford to purcahse a vehicle. They were 100% professional, and respectful of my time and budget!

Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!
