To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I contacted Ferguson Subaru in regards to a certified 2017 Outback that they had on their lot. I received a return contact the same day and quickly established a great relationship with Michael Altman. He was patient with all of my many questions and inquiries (I live 2.5 hours from the dealership) and I was quickly convinced that my next vehicle purchase would be a Subaru from Ferguson. We made arrangements to drive down on a Saturday morning and although Michael was sick and couldn't meet us that day he prepared Jeremy Bautista for our visit. Jeremy was equally knowledgeable about the Outback and it quickly became apparent that he was also a diehard Subaru fan. After several hours of test driving four different Outbacks we ended up buying a completely different version than we had planned - but it was the best experience I've had buying vehicles! Throughout the entire purchasing experience Ferguson's staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable about the complete Subaru lineup and never employed a high pressure approach. Both Michael and Jeremy have followed up with me since taking delivery of our new Outback and have continued to offer advice and insights when asked. My only "complaint" is that I live 2.5 hours from this dealership! But I see that as on opportunity to just enjoy my 2018 3.6r Outback that much more...!

I love the mileage, the look, the comfort and the design of the car. The few complaints I have are about design of the car, in specific areas: The windshield wipers divert the water straight into the window. It comes into the window...runs straight down the speakers and onto the control panels for the windows and doors. Yes I can put rain guards, but there should be some sort of trough in the design to keep the water from going straight down. If there is snow on the trunk lid and you open the trunk, it dumps straight down inside the trunk! There should (once again) be a trough of some type to keep this from happening. Lastly, don't ever buy a black Hyundai....keeping them clean and keeping the swirls and smudges off is impossible. Usually I can wax my car and it keeps the little things from sticking so bad, but not on this car. My 1996 Jimmy does better with the paint and the wax and preventing sticking. This Hyundai is ridiculous to keep clean. I should have never bought black...I should have bought RED!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. Pinch me! Can’t believe I drive this much car for what I paid! 18 Value Edition, nearly fully loaded; Sunroof, blind spot, Apple Car Play and push button start. Auto climate control and heated seats are amazing in winter. Don’t even want to get out of the car. Air super cool in the summer. Transmission shifts like butter. Engine at idle so quiet, I have gotten out without pushing the button thinking the car was off already. Only car I’ve ever owned without a single squeak or rattle at this point of ownership. All the power you need on sport mode. Getting avg 38-40 mpg daily on work commute. Back up camera with dynamic guidelines and monitor THE best of any car rental I’ve ever driven. Wow!

This car replaces a 2011 Elantra. It handles well, has a good blend of features. I especially like the “Infotainment” features which combine well with my iPhone. Whether it’s listening to music, answering a call handsfree,..., using a map to find my way. Just a good diversity of uses without getting too complicated ... I like that ... 😊 The quality of the interior appointments (especially the driver and passenger seat adjustments) really surprised me for a car in this price range. “Like sitting in a cockpit” in the words of my brother in law after he drove the car... I agree. Al the controls are logical and well laid out. I have room for my cross country skis folding down the rear seats... I live quite a ways from any dealership so I was prepared to drive quite a ways in order to get a good deal. It turns out that Corley was the best deal I could find within a days drive (10 hours). They were easy to communicate with, and had everything ready to go when I got there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was as described, they even included spray-in bedliner for no extra cost. Would recommend.

I bought this car after my previous car got totaled in an accident that was another drivers fault. My previous car (2018 Corolla) had basic safety features including pre-collision detection and lane departure control but what my old car didn’t have that this one comes standard with is blindside detection which is super helpful. I got the 2019 Elantra Value Edition which comes with push start and a sunroof which I instantly fell in love with. I love the keyless entry as well you can unlock your door with one click of a button as long as your key is close by. It also comes standard with Apple Carplay which is handy because it displays helpful apps from your phone on the screen such xxx maps, messages (siri reads your texts to you and you verbally reply to send a message), phone, and whatever music app you use (apple music, spotify, etc.) If you have an android they have the same system with Android Carplay. I will never get old of this car.

I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . Rented Elantra and Corolla just before buying. Loved the Elantra, couldn’t wait to return the Corolla. Made my Decision on 2018 Elantra Value Edition. Love it after 11,000 miles! Looks beautiful inside and out plus comfortable. Yes it’s a compact car, but feels midsize. Engine is adequate and not lacking on sport mode if you want extra power!! Does not feel economy. Features are abundant and I’m spoiled! Cannot own another car without all my Elantra’s features: Push button Start, Apple Car Play, Sunroof, Auto Climate control, Heated Seats, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Camera with Dynamic guidelines and Cross Traffic Alert! So sweet when the car lowers the fan and turns down the stereo when giving you a navigation command so you can hear and then goes back to how it was! How it tells you if you start the car and your steering wheel is turned and not positioned correctly, how it warned me when a tire started going flat when I ran over a nail and I was able to pull over to safety and call for Hyundai service!! I had no clue that anything was wrong with the tire. A lot of car for the money!! Great gas mileage. Average 36/38 and 40 all highway on trips.
