Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

Scheduled a Saturday appointment to have my vehicle serviced and I called the day before on Friday because I decided Friday worked better for my schedule. Nick received my call and told me to come right in. He reviewed my request, serviced the vehicle, updated the factory recalls and kept me updated on the process. Fixed some door trim by hand and just took care of my vehicle. He was proficient and professional and treated me like a superstar! Most importantly I felt like a valued customer and I felt like he appreciated my business.
I had to spent the whole morning with two dealers accomplishing absolutely nothing and then I went to Webb and had a great buying experience with Glenn Hoffman
He actually listened to what my needs were and criteria of the used car I wanted to purchase and I had a tall order Glenn knows his inventory and was able to show me 3 cars that met my needs below my tight budget!

Berman's service bill was very competitive with my local repair shop. They offered some options to minimize the cost so it took a little longer than the higher cost option but their lounge is nice so I resigned myself to a long wait but then...BAM! Due to extra wait time they provided a sweet little loaner for the day and I was back at work within the hour! Everyone was polite and friendly and a normally stressful event was actually very pleasant. Thanks, Berman guys!
