To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

I???m not the typical let me write a review customer . How ever with the experience I had I just feel the obligation to ! I was driving passed hillside auto out let , not hillside auto mall, hillside auto outlet is on 161-10 Jamaica Ave, I dropped in to check out a Q50 I seen on the lot . I was looking at the car and Milton (sales person) came and greeted me . He literally explained the car details specs uses in full detail. I test drove the car as well and it drove beautifully. The team they have there are like a good house . Sound and sturdy! Very friendly attentive and humble people . They offered me food coffee and made me feel very welcome . They didn???t push the process or make me feel pressured . They got me the right deal with the right price and I don???t feel like I just made a huge mistake ! I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

If you are looking for a car for your everyday need choose hyundai elantras. Depending on your distance of computing your tank can last you 5 days. My own is approximately 2.5 years old and the only issue I had was the battery because the one i bought the car with the original battery it came with when it was purchased brand new. I think having a battery that last you in this car about 3 years is worth having. Overall very good quality car!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Love, Love, Love My Elantra!!

I love the mileage, the look, the comfort and the design of the car. The few complaints I have are about design of the car, in specific areas: The windshield wipers divert the water straight into the window. It comes into the window...runs straight down the speakers and onto the control panels for the windows and doors. Yes I can put rain guards, but there should be some sort of trough in the design to keep the water from going straight down. If there is snow on the trunk lid and you open the trunk, it dumps straight down inside the trunk! There should (once again) be a trough of some type to keep this from happening. Lastly, don't ever buy a black Hyundai....keeping them clean and keeping the swirls and smudges off is impossible. Usually I can wax my car and it keeps the little things from sticking so bad, but not on this car. My 1996 Jimmy does better with the paint and the wax and preventing sticking. This Hyundai is ridiculous to keep clean. I should have never bought black...I should have bought RED!

I bought the 2013 Infinity M37 and this car is by far my favorite from all that I???ve ever owned. Came into millennium on Saturday to look at a Nissan Maxima. I have worked for dealers in the past and I saw their cheap price online and had to see if it was true. I went down there met with the salesman who was a little wacky his name was Danny I could tell he was an honest guy and got straight to the point. I drove the car and decided to try and get financing. I have had some credit issues and didn't think I could get approved. They got me approved but the rate was high as I expected and payment was out of my reach. Next thing I know an older gentleman maybe mid 50's came in and said if he could get me a little better payment would I take the car. I'm not sure if he was the owner but it seemed like he was. By this time my wife was all ready fed up and was waiting to leave he had a big guy with him who seemed very sincere on helping with my situation I believe his name was Carlos? These two guys are amazing!!!! For the next 10 minutes they were on phones,pushing buttons and it really seemed liked they wanted to help me. The older gentlemen got off the phone and said I can get you to $220 which was still out of reach..Carlos? I think that was his name came back in and said I got you exactly where you need to be. Like I said I have been in the business,I know the game of back and fourth. These two guys really cared about my situation. The place was full of people but they focused on me and made it happen. I went home with my car the same day. I will be going back into the dealer to get their names and updating this review but I just have to share this experience. I don't think everyone gets to speak to these guys because I was there 4 hours picking up my car and I only saw Carlos here and there. They have a customer for life from me. Just when you think no one cares you meet people like this and it gives you hope again. THANK YOU MILLENNIUM HYUNDAI

I bought the car brand new with only less than 5 miles on it. It’s the fully loaded Limited Utime editio. It has never required any service and its almost 24,000 miles. Super great value and craftsmanship. People seem to always mistake it for a Lexus model they have never seen. I get a lot of compliments and admiring looks. Super nimble in the sports mode.

Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn???t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn???t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a ???Yes!??? We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn???t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn???t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They???ll make it happen!!!!

I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.

We were in the market for a mid-size SUV like Consumer Reports favorite Kia Sorento. We were referred to Global through the Costco Auto Program (highly recommended). I came in and hooked up with Mike Wyatt and had a nice talk about models and options. Fortunately, the Costco program eliminates the negotiating part of car buying, so I could focus on getting the exact right vehicle. Mike V, Kia sales manager was very helpful in walking me through the financial details of the first vehicle I planned to get. Several things impressed me with Global. First, Mike W. was just the right balance of laid back regular person and salesman. Second, I was considering buying the vehicle without my girl having sat in or driven it--a $500 rebate offer was about to expire. Their General Sales Manager, Mike, told me he'd prefer not to make that sale until she could come in and check out the vehicle and he would make good on the rebate amount. Third, their business manager, Brad, zipped me right though the closing process with no pressure to buy the "extras" most dealers push hard to sell. Because of some of the features we each wanted, we ended up buying a much higher trim level than we started discussing. It was considerably more money but still a very fair deal. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this was one of the better experiences I've had. Two final thoughts: 1) Their "Doc" fee of $400 is on the high end of dealers in this area; many are $300; 2) All of their vehicles are "packed" with their Global Advantage Package for about $2600. There's no real value in that package (except to Global); I told them I didn't want it and they removed it. Also, they put a $300 window etching package on every vehicle; you might be able to negotiate on that. You might save some on your insurance by having it but you'd have to see if it's worth it.

This newly-opened Subaru dealership is DEFINITELY the one to go to if you are looking to buy a Subaru. The staff has set out to change the paradigm of car buying/selling, and have done away with all of the superfluous nonsense that one normally has to deal with in order to finally come to an agreement on the terms. They bottom line it for you without the back and forth hassle of taking trips to the ???back office??? (that doesn???t exist) to speak with a manager (who actually went home 4 hours ago). They truly have changed the experience for their customers. Fair. Honest. REAL. Three words one NEVER commonly uses to describe a car salesman, or the dealership for which he/she works. But it's true. I leased my new 2019 Legacy from them, and they REALLY took care of me. I don't care where you live - this dealership is worth the trip. And once you experience what it's like to buy/lease a car with this professional, motivated, and innovative young staff, you will not likely want to shop anywhere else. They kept every promise they made, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want (or need), and answered every question I had. A special shout out to Michael Dymnicki for all that he did to help us, and for knowing us BY NAME whenever we stopped in to see if my car was on the lot yet. He was just so, so nice. Thanks, Mike! And another thank you to Nino Tiburzi (sorry if I spelled it wrong) for making the process so much less painful, and for keeping all of your promises to me. Thanks Nino! And finally, thank you Andrew Carlson! You made the final stretch of the process so much easier.
