As a former GM owners we went into buying our next used car with an open mind. I knew Hyundais were known for their reliability and overall value, but until we took this car for a test drive, we weren't really aware of how good theses cars got. It's quiet rides real well gets great mileage...around 42-46 on the highway, mid 30's around town, and being the value edition, it has a ton of features including, keyless entry, DRL, pwr driver seat, pwr windows, locks and mirrors, carplay, heated mirrors, auto dim mirror inside, heated front seats. I could go on and on but this car is great and looks great too. We bought it used a year ago with just under 38000 miles. the bottom line is when looking at used cars check out the Elantra. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased my vehicle new in the summer of 2017. It now has 75k miles on it. It has been very reliable. It still gets great gas mileage (40+) on the highway. Around town is good, too. My wife currently has a 2020 Camry rental. I think the Elantra has a better ride and is more comfortable. I would buy the vehicle again.

Just bought it used n having problems already.But getting it fixed n hopefully it will be ok, it started shaking n vibrating n engine light is on.Go Thursday to see about getting it fixed. Only had it a few days.

Im just greatful overall and well pleased!while im getting use to a smaller vehicle it is nice inside out!My Elantra limited is very appealing to the eye!

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

The car is serving its purpose very well. I don't think I could have done better. And it drives well for it to be what it is.

They have excellent selection of cars to choose from and great prices. The sales associate are very friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you find your dream car!

I bought a 2022 Camry from Faulkner. I was away for work, and my wife called and told me our vehicle was making a loud noise. We had AAA tow it to Burlington Volkswagen. Flo told my wife they couldn’t get to it until the next day. Flo called and told my wife they were going to also work on a recall item for my vehicle. When they checked the vehicle, Flo told my wife the catalytic converter was cracked, and they were sent photos to VW since it was related to the recall. Burlington VW was in constant contact with my wife every step of the way keeping us informed on what was going on. Flo called back and said VW was going to cover everything. VW Burlington went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and to get VW to pay for it since it was related to the recall. The whole team was awesome, Flo at the service counter, the service manager and technicians. I have had a hard time trusting a dealer, but VW was phenomenal. We could have not asked for better service. My faith in dealers was restored. Thanks for great service!!!

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
