Just wanted to see what options I had for buying a nice new truck. Last time I had to buy a vehicle it was such a pain. Kevin Jackson was awesome to my husband and I. Within minutes he had us approved with a great rate and gave me my options. Was never any pressure to buy. Everything was very relaxed and easy going. To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

So happy to share our compliments regarding your Chevrolet/GMC service department. We have had two different vehicles in this year and in both cases have worked with "Sean" to arrange and coordinate the work. Earlier this year our vintage Corvette was experiencing a no run situation. The vehicle had been sold to an out of state buyer who was scheduled to pick up the car in 5 days. Working with Sean, we were able to coordinate the Tow truck delivery, indoor storage and timely repair. Knowing that time was critical to me and Sean kept us updated on the progress so that we could confirm the sale of the vehicle. Later this year we had a warranty issue (Clutch Fan) with our GMC Denali and again we spoke with Sean to schedule the vehicle, during the drop off and pickup. Yesterday we brought the Denali for recall(s) work and were happy to be again greeted by Sean. He actually remembered our last visit, including the nature of the previous warranty work. He inquired if everything was still working fine and told us he wanted to make sure we were happy with the service. In all of the above cases Sean has called us to discuss the repairs and timeline required to complete them. Most importantly to us, during each of our visits, Sean has called us to the tell us as soon as the vehicle was done. I cannot explain how important that is. There is NOTHING more frustrating than being required to call a dealership repeatedly to learn when vehicle is ready. (once I was even told "You should have called earlier... that was ready first thing this morning"! In short, when experiencing a problem with your car, the service writer you talk with IS the dealership. If he or she treats you like you are an aggravation it doesn't matter if the dealership is a Taj Mahal, or the biggest, or the cheapest, your not going back. To your credit you have people like Sean on your staff. He makes a very large dealership feel very small town. I don't know what you pay him...but it's not enough! Please feel free to share my comments

I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

Being an out of state buyer you are are unsure about the Dealer your buying from. However, with Lou's they had close to 1000 Five star reviews from all there sources online which gave me tremendous confidence. Then once I spoke directly with Lou Jr. I knew why. The sale went very smooth and the car was delivered as described. Truly a great buying experience and I will be calling Lou again when I need my next car even though they are over 500 miles away!

During the winter of 2017-2018 I contacted Tom Gasparini, a sales associate at Crest Cadillac and asked him to find a minivan vintage 2015-2016 low mileage. Told him there was no rush since my current 2006 Chrysler Town and Country was running well but I would like to upgrade by Spring. Well Tom found exactly what I wanted in a superbly clean 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Touring with only 19,500 miles and loaded with all the extras. My experience at Crest was very welcoming from the point of entry at the receptionist to the visit with Dave Thompson discussing financing options to the time spent with Tom walking me through the details of using the vehicle's electronics right up to the moment I shock Tom's hand and thanked him for taking care of me. Through out this process I never felt pressured and would highly recommend Crest Cadillac for your vehicle preferences.

I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.

Pinch me! Can’t believe I drive this much car for what I paid! 18 Value Edition, nearly fully loaded; Sunroof, blind spot, Apple Car Play and push button start. Auto climate control and heated seats are amazing in winter. Don’t even want to get out of the car. Air super cool in the summer. Transmission shifts like butter. Engine at idle so quiet, I have gotten out without pushing the button thinking the car was off already. Only car I’ve ever owned without a single squeak or rattle at this point of ownership. All the power you need on sport mode. Getting avg 38-40 mpg daily on work commute. Back up camera with dynamic guidelines and monitor THE best of any car rental I’ve ever driven. Wow!

This car replaces a 2011 Elantra. It handles well, has a good blend of features. I especially like the “Infotainment” features which combine well with my iPhone. Whether it’s listening to music, answering a call handsfree,..., using a map to find my way. Just a good diversity of uses without getting too complicated ... I like that ... 😊 The quality of the interior appointments (especially the driver and passenger seat adjustments) really surprised me for a car in this price range. “Like sitting in a cockpit” in the words of my brother in law after he drove the car... I agree. Al the controls are logical and well laid out. I have room for my cross country skis folding down the rear seats... Very, VERY HAPPY with the mileage I get, especially on the highway - a “stingy” 38 MPG ... ...! Practical, fun to drive without going over the top. What more can I say??...
