Friendly, no pressure shopping experience. My salesman, (Ian), and the finance "guy", Mike, were helpful, personable and created a comfortable atmosphere. After my choice was made and they had detailed the car the I picked, I changed my mind about the color that I wanted. No problem. They just responded to my fickleness with good humor and alacrity. If the maintenance service is on a par with the sales service I will be a very satisfied customer. So far, so good!

If you are looking for a car for your everyday need choose hyundai elantras. Depending on your distance of computing your tank can last you 5 days. My own is approximately 2.5 years old and the only issue I had was the battery because the one i bought the car with the original battery it came with when it was purchased brand new. I think having a battery that last you in this car about 3 years is worth having. Overall very good quality car!

My wife, Susan, and I finalized the lease of our 2016 Honda Pilot on April 8, 2016. We turned in our 2013 lease 6 months early. When Susan went to the dealership in late March of this year, she had only planned on "checking out" the 2016 models. When she met with our Sales and Leasing Consultant, Alan Katz, Alan told her that she could turn in the 2013 lease in favor of the 2016 lease. He said that Hoffman would take the 2013 lease 'as is" and that they would make the remaining payments on that lease for us. Susan was very impressed with the 2016 model and Alan did a nice job of explaining everything to my wife. I didn't even get involved until the day we decided to trade leases and I put a down payment (deposit) down on the vehicle. We "closed' on the vehicle about a week later. Time was needed to install a trailer hitch which we needed. Throughout the process, Alan Katz was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I even knew before April 8th exactly how much it would cost to purchase a new trailer arm or ball should what I had from the 2013 lease not worked. Alan took us to the car and explained all of the important features to us in great detail. We noticed that one of the tires was under inflated and Alan took us right to the Honda Service area in order to top of the air in the under inflated tire. Throughout the entire leasing process, I was impressed by Alan's focus on detail and thoughtfulness. It was a pleasure to do business with him.. When it came to close on the 2016 lease, Alan put us in touch with the Business Manager, David Ezedine. David was also very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. All bases were covered in great detail. I ended up knowing exactly what I was getting when it came to the in and out Simonize treatment we had previously bought as well as coverage for a series of optional services we also accepted that day relative to paintless "dings" and "scratches" repair, replacement of lost key bobs, tire and wheel damage due to road hazard, 24 hour Roadside Assistance and windshield "chip" repair. I was initially reluctant to pay the extra money, but, David did a very good job of convincing me of the value of the optional plan even if only in terms of the peace of mind we gained from accepting it. I/we also thoroughly enjoyed doing business with David. Finally,, as part of the process, we even had an exit interview of sorts by one of the managers whose name escapes me. Apparently, Honda wanted to make absolutely certain that we were entirely pleased with the leasing process and that the final outcome of that process was in line with our expectations. My wife and I both thought that this was a nice "added touch". All in all we had a great experience with Hoffman Honda and we look forward to at least three years with our 2016 Honda Pilot..

I bought the car brand new with only less than 5 miles on it. It’s the fully loaded Limited Utime editio. It has never required any service and its almost 24,000 miles. Super great value and craftsmanship. People seem to always mistake it for a Lexus model they have never seen. I get a lot of compliments and admiring looks. Super nimble in the sports mode.

Recently I accompanied a friend whom wanted my opinion of a cadenza at the shakers in Watertown. In the showroom we were impressed by the friendly courteous team. The sales person Kristin Petti also was very accommodating, A pleasure to talk with and knowledgeable . The demo ride she accompanied us on pretty much sealed the deal, and the car was driven home the same day. Also thanks to Kristin from recommending a lunch spot in the area since we drove about 100 miles to check out this car. The pizza was so delicious! I own a 07 GMC sierra 2500hd. Had a problem with climate controls. Have taken it to a GMC dealer in Watertown, Ct, wont say the name. They had my truck for two weeks, did not fix it and wanted to charge $575 . Loehmann-Blasius Chevrolet had my truck for thee days, diagnosed and fixed the problem for much less. I love the mileage, the look, the comfort and the design of the car. The few complaints I have are about design of the car, in specific areas: The windshield wipers divert the water straight into the window. It comes into the window...runs straight down the speakers and onto the control panels for the windows and doors. Yes I can put rain guards, but there should be some sort of trough in the design to keep the water from going straight down. If there is snow on the trunk lid and you open the trunk, it dumps straight down inside the trunk! There should (once again) be a trough of some type to keep this from happening. Lastly, don't ever buy a black Hyundai....keeping them clean and keeping the swirls and smudges off is impossible. Usually I can wax my car and it keeps the little things from sticking so bad, but not on this car. My 1996 Jimmy does better with the paint and the wax and preventing sticking. This Hyundai is ridiculous to keep clean. I should have never bought black...I should have bought RED!

It was such a relief going here to shop for cars after endless dealerships and a handful of bad experiences I went to Hertz and had such a great experience with their salesman Antonio. Super friendly and very laid back he showed me exactly what I wanted to see and didn't try to push me on a vehicle out of my price range. He was supportive but not by any means pushy and I felt really comfortable with purchasing a vehicle from them. Everyone was super clear and helpful, what you saw was what you got and depending on the car most of them are still under their factory warranty and if not than Hertz offers plenty of affordable options for extended warranties and has a Hertz 12 month 12,000 warranty which is another reason why they are a great place to purchase from! All of their cars are more than reasonably priced, and are really well maintained and most of their used cars are in shoe room condition and look like they just rolled out of a factory. Would definitely purchase a car from this dealership again.

To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.

We had a GREAT car buying experience. We drove 1 1/2 hrs. specifically for the Honda Pilot EX-L that was advertised on the lot. Upon our arrival (which was before 10 a.m. when the dealership was supposed to open) we were very kindly greeted by Anita. She got us into the car & test driving it immediately. When we had a couple concerns, she assured us that everything we wanted spruced up would be taken care of immediately so that we could pick up our car the very next evening. She definitely delivered 100%. 20/20 hindsight, had I known the car should have had debris guards on the rear doors I would have also requested those be put on. Now I am semi-stressing because I feel that they are important to have to avoid the paint chipping. Perhaps they could be mailed to me & I could apply them. Ashley made sure the car was registered & took care of transferring my plates from my old car for me so everything was in order upon our arrival to pick up our car. Definitely one of out best car buying experiences thanks to Anita Howard, who got us into the car & was very sociable while we were waiting on the financing, Ashley, who handled getting the car on the road & Jean, who handled the financing. Will definitely shop at Carite again!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy.
