We are divided with our experience at Danis Auto. Dealership offered good customer service, but did we not receive a fair price for our trade-in. Recommend others to sell their vehicle privately. As for their Service Shop, everyone seemed grumpy and Manager was extremely rude! Still waiting for correct molding missing from vehicle???

Yesterday I came into the location with high hope to get a car I really liked and Rob King helped me out to the fullest I gladly appreciate all the work that was done and I???m loving my new car. I can???t remember they guy who helped me with my paper work but he was definitely also a big help in this purchase
My experience at Davis Hyundai was very smooth and made the process of buying a car very stress free. I felt that the staff had my best interest in mind and worked with me to help me find a car and payment plan that fit my budget. I would highly recommend buying or leasing your next car at Davis Hyundai in Ewing, NJ. I would also direct you to Ron King who showed great compassion and understanding when helping make my final decisions. He broke everything down for me and made the process feel smooth and enjoyable. Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.
Russ was great. Very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and made me feel very comfortable. I went to a few dealers prior to autolenders and the experience was less than stellar. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car!
I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime so far. This was by far the easiest an non evasive purchase i have ever made. I found a car i liked..they had it shipped someplace closer to me just so i can test drive it. There was no pushing of extra stuff or financing. I left there getting what i expected for my trade in and paid within my budget for the truck i loved. I will not go anywhere else for my future car buying.
Overall great experience with DeSimone. The car I was interested in was at their center city location. When I mentioned to Mike Framo that the NE location was more convenient for me he had the car brought up. There were no issues when I got there. Mike was there and expecting me and I got right into the car. We test drove, loved it and quickly went through the buying process, which was much faster than I'm used to. But then we waited for the car to be detailed... for 2+ hours. It's a Mini Cooper. The size of it is in the name so why it took so long is a mystery. And when we finally got it it didn't look any cleaner than when we test drove so I'm not sure if the car sat there while everyone took their lunch break or what. But it worked out and I'm thrilled with my 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. I would definitely go back and/or recommend them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Recently had the opportunity to work with the team at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia in leasing a 2018 Accord. They made the entire process feel very comfortable – from the sales team all the way to the management. The team goes out of their way to make you feel like you are part of the family. They took the time to make sure every question was answered and by the time I signed on the dotted line, I felt very confident in my new purchase.
