I took my car to the dealership to get my air conditioning fixed as 2 other people couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. At first the dealership thought it was something easy but it turned out to be much more complex and took over 2 days to fix. They didn't charge me for the extra labor costs since they underestimated the amount of work it would take. Sean Foster, out service person was great. He gave me a car to use for a couple days and kept me apprised ofd going on with it my car. Excellent customer service.

Pinch me! Can’t believe I drive this much car for what I paid! 18 Value Edition, nearly fully loaded; Sunroof, blind spot, Apple Car Play and push button start. Auto climate control and heated seats are amazing in winter. Don’t even want to get out of the car. Air super cool in the summer. Transmission shifts like butter. Engine at idle so quiet, I have gotten out without pushing the button thinking the car was off already. Only car I’ve ever owned without a single squeak or rattle at this point of ownership. All the power you need on sport mode. Getting avg 38-40 mpg daily on work commute. Back up camera with dynamic guidelines and monitor THE best of any car rental I’ve ever driven. Wow!

I scheduled a passenger side air bag inflator recall repair and a scheduled maintenance. I furnished my oil for the change, had recently replaced wipers and passenger compartment air filter. Tires rotated and checked. Service advisor said the engine air filter appeared clean and did not need to be replaced. The work was done quickly and efficiently and in good time. Very pleased with the work and the personnel.

Have been driving this car less than a year. Took me some time to adjust to a smaller car than my SUV. Overall very comfortable. I have had issues with how low it sits and have scrapped the front driving up or down steep inclines. Really a great car for the price and being comfortable.

Rented Elantra and Corolla just before buying. Loved the Elantra, couldn’t wait to return the Corolla. Made my Decision on 2018 Elantra Value Edition. Love it after 11,000 miles! Looks beautiful inside and out plus comfortable. Yes it’s a compact car, but feels midsize. Engine is adequate and not lacking on sport mode if you want extra power!! Does not feel economy. Features are abundant and I’m spoiled! Cannot own another car without all my Elantra’s features: Push button Start, Apple Car Play, Sunroof, Auto Climate control, Heated Seats, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Camera with Dynamic guidelines and Cross Traffic Alert! So sweet when the car lowers the fan and turns down the stereo when giving you a navigation command so you can hear and then goes back to how it was! How it tells you if you start the car and your steering wheel is turned and not positioned correctly, how it warned me when a tire started going flat when I ran over a nail and I was able to pull over to safety and call for Hyundai service!! I had no clue that anything was wrong with the tire. A lot of car for the money!! Great gas mileage. Average 36/38 and 40 all highway on trips.

From the time I just looked on their site to actually driving a new car off the lot, the folks at Rush Chevrolet were awesome. Mai was our first point of contact, and her patience and efficiency were astounding. She has ud pre-approved quickly and started us on our way. When we finally made it into the dealership, Kasey was spot on in showing us cars, giving us options (which is always a challenge with not so spectacuar credit ratings. Most places would only show us one car and never gave us options), and letting us test drive. His knowledge about diffrent trim levels on the cars was perfect! Jesus helped us get financed and puloed out all his tricks to get us into the car we wanted with a fiar price - it was more than we wanted to spend, but he found a way to meet us in the middle. All the other people who were there made sure we were comfortable and hydrated throughout the long process that happens when you buy a car. We were the last people at the dealership, but they never made us feel like an inconvenience. We had planned on not buying that night, just seeing our options and sleeping on it. Well, we didn't sleep on it. We bought that night because of their honesty, kindness and great deals they made for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Rush and their sales department! Woo!

Good value, warranty makes the purchase feel safe. I do have a wind noise on the left side. Apple car play (and Android Auto) is a great feature. Great for commuting. The dealership made the whole process easy and no pressure. So many of these are on the road now that it also made the decision easy. Everyone seems to own one now.

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. This car replaces a 2011 Elantra. It handles well, has a good blend of features. I especially like the “Infotainment” features which combine well with my iPhone. Whether it’s listening to music, answering a call handsfree,..., using a map to find my way. Just a good diversity of uses without getting too complicated ... I like that ... 😊 The quality of the interior appointments (especially the driver and passenger seat adjustments) really surprised me for a car in this price range. “Like sitting in a cockpit” in the words of my brother in law after he drove the car... I agree. Al the controls are logical and well laid out. I have room for my cross country skis folding down the rear seats... Very, VERY HAPPY with the mileage I get, especially on the highway - a “stingy” 38 MPG ... ...! Practical, fun to drive without going over the top. What more can I say??...

We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. I'd told Patrick I wasn't interested in any additional items, i.e. Extended Warranty, GAP, etc... John was very respectful of my request. He simply asked me a few questions and for my own benefit offered us a 10 yr/100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty that added a few dollars a month to my payment. Peace of Mind is one of the reasons why we've just purchased our 3rd Hyundai and this warranty at the price he offered us was just the right thing to put our peace of mind at the max! Eddie Gomez was our Delivery Manager. He and Patrick made my wife's experience getting into her new car just perfect! They even set us up with myHyndai Bluelink. Completely unexpected, this Sonata can be unlocked, engine start, Lights turned on and many other features all through our iPhone! Just absolutely love South Point Hyundai! Scott Stark, Jim Raney and Jim Hayth.....I would like to express my OUTRAGE caused by one of your employees....Tommy Gregg....I'm on my 3rd vehicle with South Point....I've NEVER had a bad experience until today....I've been bringing my vehicles in on Ladies Day for maintenance and upkeep since I got my 1st car.....before today I had NEVER been told I should make an appointment...I just knew to get to the shop early so I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting due to the ladies day special....I arrived at South Point at 6:20 a.m. on August 10, 2017.....I've been doing this since I got my 1st car....I was met by Tommy Gregg, who seemed pleasant at first, when he asked what I needed, I said I want to get my car serviced....reply....what kind of service.......I said the ladies day special oil change...he then asked me if I had an appointment.....I said no...his response was WELL I have 8 people ahead of you (WITH APPOINTMENTS) his tone and the way he was coming across put me on the defense because he made me feel as if I had done something stupid by showing up without an appointment....at that point I let him know (very abruptly) that it didn't matter about the 8 people who had appointments at 7:00, (8 people scheduled for 7:00......really) I still needed my car serviced....I went to the desk to ask if I should have scheduled an appointment and I was no but that it could cut down on my wait time.....I was really feeling as if I had done something wrong.....no one had EVER reacted in that manner before they just let me know I would be taken of and I've NEVER waited long periods of time even though I had no appointment so I couldn't figure out way his attitude came across like it stupid for me to just show up.....another customer sitting there was commenting on the fact that the service ladies weren't there today, (just making small talk) when another employee came in with big smile and a big good morning to everyone letting us know he had brought donuts....the other customer and I commented on the service ladies not being there and the gentleman simply said they weren't there any longer......this employee was standing at the door with his hand on the handle....his back was to the door and he wasn't able to see Tommy approaching the door....I was shocked at what Tommy did.....he didn't even try to make the gentleman aware that he was coming in.....he yanked the door open which caused the other employee to stumble slightly....Tommy barged in without even saying excuse me, I'm sorry are anything else for that matter.....if I thought he would just open the door like that without at least trying to let the other person know he was about to open the door....I would have said look out someones coming in .... Tommy's overall behavior was VERY RUDE......I do not wish to have ANY dealings with him in the future....he REALLY acted like he was superior to other people.....in addition to that when my car was brought to me, I didn't realize until I had left, there were greasy hand prints on my passenger door inside my car.....NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE TODAY.....

We purchased our new to us 2018 Hyundai Elantra SEL at the end of January this year. We have owned Hyundais before and really liked them. Since we needed to be looking at buying another car, and we needed to watch what we spent, we looked at Certified pre-owned Hyundais and Ford Focuses, since we love them too. We were shown a CPO Hyundai Elantra SEL 2018. We took it out for a test drive and loved it. For the price it had all kinds of goodies and safety features. It's attractive and comfortable for us and that is important since we are a little older and appreciate comfort, lol We love the entertainment features with 7in screen and the backup rear camera, to name a couple of features. We are excited to have a pretty and reliable car to take to California this Summer.

I think its a great deal. I have put 25k miles on my car this year. Good safety features, everything still works fine, and it is a pretty good commuter. I average around 42mpg highway. Only thing i would say is the engine only has 150hp and it would be nice to have more, but you take lower horsepower and get better mpg. I still think i made the right decision. Make sure to get the SEL version. Best bang for the buck.

I test drove this car before making any final decisions. I completely fell in love with it and knew I had to have it. From the exterior design to the interior, it was everything that I was looking for. It drives smoothly, and the inside has a lot of space which is nice. I would definitely recommend this car to others. This is by far my favorite car that I have had.

I had never considered leasing before and initially rejected the suggestion but Tim Palmer laid out the benefits of leasing (including the option to buy the car at the end of the lease) vs purchasing outright (primarily, the immediate depreciation that occurs when you drive your new car off the lot). After a bit of back and forth over the options and the monthly payment, I signed up for the lease. Got home. Had a bit of a panic attack about it as I questioned my choice. I'd come in for an oil change on my 2013 Accent and ended up talking trade-in with Tim; skipped lunch and by the time the whole process was over I was a bit lightheaded and later, after a meal, the old attitude toward the idea of leasing instead of buying came up. I called the next morning and expressed my concerns. They told me they could hold the paperwork and to come down and we'd go over everything, and if I wanted to buy instead of lease the car then I would have that option. We went over everything (again) and the lease felt right to me. I appreciated that I was allowed the time to reconsider. While there are aspects with regard to the lease that differ with owning - primarily yearly mileage restraints and a greater (almost paranoid) level of attention to the condition of the vehicle (birds are my mortal enemy and I'll happily park and walk rather that squeeze into a tight space where someone might ding me) - I don't regret the choice. Besides, if I end of purchasing the car at the end of the lease, that extra attention and care will pay off. And I love my Elantra GT, so that end-of-lease purchase is likely!

I own two of these cars!Love everything about the Elantra!I haven't done anything to my old one,only replaced a battery and it has almost 200,000 miles on it!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car is what I was looking for and more. Satellite radio was important to me because I do a lot of driving. Extras that came with the car were a sunroof and a back up camera. And gas mileage is very important to me with the driving I do.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

My wife and I looked at this used 2018 Hyundai Elantra at Stevinson's Hyundai dealership in Longmont, Colorado. It had only 5,000 miles on it and had been well cared for. It was loaded with options, and we liked especially the driving-assist features since we are senior citizens (or is it now "active adults"?). We bought the car at a low price and have driven it several hundred miles since. It's reliable, very user-friendly, and economical. We are still learning how to use all the electronic features. This was an excellent purchase!

The car is great for the price. No other brands can offer the quality/price ratio that this model has especially with the discounts we received. A lot of features and comfort for the price of a sub-compact car. Can't beat the warranty too.
