Searched online for used truck they had one close to my price range worked with Stephen internet sales . He answered all my question s and negotiated a good price . Went to take on test drive worked with Steve in sales who was also very helpful .Bought the truck process was in a very timely fashion. Emailed with couple questions several days later replied same day . experience was very pleasant
The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. Got a call a couple of hours later that it was ready and picked up car in the afternoon. Always a seamless process! thank you Ralph, Dimitri, and the entire crew!

The whole team went out of their way for me. Will gave me his personal cell number. They sent someone to pick me up when I couldn???t get a ride to pick up my new vehicle. Paul was so patient with me & listened to my needs. They found the perfect SUV for me, even retrieved my old vehicle for a trade in from Saratoga. All of this was done around the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Highly recommend/ excellent customer service!!
Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

I went to this car dealership after going to another in the area and being misled about the quality of the car I had been researching. I called Headquarter Hyundai and they told me immediately that they had the car I was interested in on the lot and it was ready to drive away. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and I liked that he drove a Hyundai as well. Trent in financing was also great; he explained all of my options and was very accommodating. I bought a great vehicle and was overall satisfied with my service.
Came for an oil change. Left with a new Tucson! Brian, Matt, & Dale were terrific to work with. Brian spent a lot of time with us explaining the many features of the SUV, and answering our questions. Would highly recommend these guys if you want a positive experience when shopping for your next vehicle.

We had a recently been recovering from a hardship and knew financing was going to be a challenge. When we made contact with them about our options we were met with options and approval within hours, got the car we wanted and at a rate below our expectation. All around a pleasant experience.
Excellent Service Department, Tim is Great, I am always treated with respect, I was looking at New vehicles while I was waiting and wasn't harassed by salespeople.
