Each personI worked with took their time to explain everything in detail and answered my questions. They were all very helpful, and the salesman worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted & needed.
Jared Shaw went above and beyond to find the Hyundai Tyson sel plus I wanted. It was a,difficult task considering there was only one left far way but he amazingly found it . Jared is a friendly great salesman. I would recommend buying or leasing from Jared Shaw he is very dedicated and will find what your looking for and at a affordable price. We made the decision to drive from West Michigan to Knauz after the poor experience we had at the BMW dealership in our town. From the beginning when I inquired online about an X4, Yale was so helpful and friendly. The dealership was able to get the car ready quickly so we could come see it on our days off. Yale kept in touch and sent us pictures and assured us the car looked great so we wouldn???t be wasting our time driving there. When we saw the car, we were amazed, it looked brand new! Yale went on the test drive with us and was able to explain all the features of the car (something that didn???t happen when we did a test drive in Grand Rapids). When it came to buying the car, Yale showed us all the comparables and Knauz had the best price, but they even took off a little more for us driving all the way there. The financing process was great and no pressure to buy extra warranties, products, etc like had happened with our last used car. They even kept our car overnight (covered up inside!) and had a BMW genius meet with us the next day to set our car up (nav, phone etc) for the ride home. We can???t say enough about the great buying experience at Karl Knauz and everyone we worked with there. We will keep them in mind for ours and family & friends next BMW purchase!
From the moment I walked through the doorway, Wilkins was a dream come true. Ed Chwal got the pricing I wanted and the entire deal signed, sealed and delivered in a few short hours. Ed was nothing short of incredible. If I could give him alone five stars I would. He walked me through every step and made me feel extremely confident about my purchase. He not only showed me how to use each and every aspect of the interior, but also showed me how to maintain the exterior. Ed's knowledge of the vehicle and the process were astounding. I have never felt better about buying anything. He also went out of his way to secure an accessory that I really wanted. I was going to head to another dealership and go with another brand, but I chose Mazda because Ed showed me and convinced me that I was making the right decision with Mazda.
I brought my car in for service engine light. I received quick and knowledgeable service from George. He kept me informed and did his best to get me my car back in a timely fashion. George K. is a great service employee. I've worked with him previously and he is always nice to chat with, and he makes sure they do a good job on my 2015 Sonata. I bought my car here, and will continue to have it serviced here as well. Thanks guys!!
Their website quoted a lower price for the 60K-mile service than was charged, but the service advisor gave the true price to me up front before they started the work. They also updated the gas mileage rebate (caused by Hyundai giving too high a gas mileage rating for the 2013 Elantra).
My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.

After visiting the dealership several times, I finally decided on a new car purchase. As a previous owner of a Hyundai vehicle, I was pretty sure of what I was after when walking in the door. Our salesperson, Derrick, listed to what I was looking for and helped us get right to business. He knew I was serious about getting a good deal and offered me his best. After a bit of negotiation, we arrived at an acceptable price and I became the owner of a new Elantra. I was satisfied with the car and Derrick???s professional demeanor. I would recommend Napleton Hyundai to others looking for a new car.
Don't know how you could have a better salesman than Nazir. Very knowledgeable on the new Sonata we bought. No high pressure and negotiated a good price for us. HE IS VERY CARING. This dealership in my opinion is about as good as it gets.
