From the minute My wife and I walked in, there was no pressure put on us. Our sales person, Olajide and Tom, the finance director, were excellent! No pressure at all, respecting our decisions. Stress free experience, a rare ocassion in the car business but they were both wonderful.
The service tech Mike is always friendly polite and attentive, all of the mechanics and other customer service team members are very upfront and willing to talk to you face-to-face about any of the issues that you have with your vehicle. Their way of doing business is extremely honest and quality. Thanks again to the Prime Hyundai South team!! Keep up the outstanding work!!
Out of the three Hyundai dealers in South eastern Massachusetts this by far blows the other two away. The service department was quick complete competent and the staff completely put me at ease . Best service dept period my car runs like new now
Excellent experience. Alan made buying our vehicle stress free and easy. We felt zero pressure into buying and he was so good with our 15 month old daughter. He took the time to understand what we wanted and made it happen. Also dealing with Earl in the finance department was an absolute pleasure. Even the staff we didn’t have any direct reaction to while there seemed very friendly and even took out a little time to make faces with our daughter. Not enough good things to say about this place. We hope to be back again in the future for other car purchases.

I'm enjoying my brand new Sonata. I've bought Sonata's since 2006 and the car just seems to be getting better each time I get a new one. The cars are totally reliable, fun to drive and look good.

My initial experience in purchasing a used vehicle [truck] was excellent. It was not a high pressure sale......which was refreshing. Considering the overall experience, every aspect was professional and fair.
I went in looking for a used crv and ended up buying a new one. The price for the used crv was very fair but for just a little more a month I got a brand new vehicle. No high pressure sales here. Very relaxed sales staff and very knowledgeable. I don't usually have good things to say about car dealers but I have to admit it was a pleasure to buy a car here. We had an amazing experience buying our new Honda Pilot at McGovern. Our salesman, Larry, was great. Super professional, easy and helpful. And everyone we interacted with was great as well. Not once did I feel like I was getting the classic grimy used care salesman treatment. From beginning to end it was an easy experience and to top it all off, we got free lunch for the whole family while it got its inspection sticker (apparently any servicing done gets you a free meal)! We will definitely be doing our service appointments here and if we buy another Honda, I would certainly come back to Larry at McGovern.
Nick the salesman spent a lot of time reviewing each feature and how to use it with us. He was very knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy, and you could tell he enjoys his job. We did our homework we were very happy with the price that we were able to purchase the car and warranty. We highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Nick he did an outstanding job. When I arrived at work very early in the morning, I ran over a nail causing a flat tire. I had the car towed to the dealership (I did not have a spare) for repair. After the tow truck left, I called the dealership explaining the situation. They repaired the tire while I was at work. When I arrived to pick up my car, they had it already in the covered area for me. I quickly paid for the repairs and was on the road within a few minutes. The service was quick, professional and great.
Stopped by “without an appointment” to discuss a recently illuminated warning light on dash. They greeted me professionally, and then reviewed and corrected the MINOR problem without any charge.
I have had almost all of my service performed here over the last 4+ years and have never been disappointed.
