I leased my Hyundai Elantra because I love getting a new car every 3 years. I leased in 2012, 2015, and 2018. This third time I leased an Elantra SEL and love it especially the new features using my iPhone, the camera when backing up, and the sideview mirror that beeps when another car is approaching. The car drives nice and I'm so glad I made a good choice.
I want to begin with the end in mind by thanking Jack and Kyle for their work in helping me and my family make this purchase.
I was looking for a used a car but found the new car I ended up purchasing on line. Kyle and Jack worked hard to get me the absolute best deal imaginable. I live in Gainesville and spoke to Jack and Kyle everyday for a week putting this deal together. They helped me qualify for huge discounts ranging from my military service time (with a copy of my DD214) and other dealer discounts. This team reserved this car for me with my deposit then, they had it detailed inside and out. They filled the tank with gasoline. Most all of the paper work was processed using modern day technology, speeding up the purchase/pick-up process. Heck, these guys were willing to deliver my car to Gainesville. Was I pleased (rhetorical)? I was more than pleased! While I signed the paper work with Kyle, my wife went over the car with a dealer representative teaching her how this Smart features operate (this car has it all). When she returned inside to join me, she sat down beside and simply said "WOW...WOW!".

Charlie Mchale and Bill Lupoli helped me get the car of my dreams, a 2019 veloster turbo and got my payments were I needed them. After much research, we decided to replace our Lexus with a new Genesis and Holler Genesis had the best selection. Our salesman, Justin Shadron was just super to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional in explaining the features of the 6 models we were initially considering. When we narrowed it down to 3 vehicles, Justin spent 4 hours with us over two days extensively test driving our candidates. He was thoroughly familiar with technical operating features of each vehicle which greatly facilitated making our final selection. We never felt pressured in the slightest and Justin actually made our two visits fun.
The actual purchase process was painless. Each vehicle was clearly marked with the discounted price which was better than we were expecting. Edmund calculated our trade-in value in less than 20 minutes and explained in detail how it was determined. We were pleasantly surprised with their offer. Patrick in the finance office was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly prepared all the paperwork and explained everything to our satisfaction. He came up with a financing package that delighted us. The whole process took about an hour and we walked out with a new G80 Sport.
In summary, it was the best car buying experience we ever had. The Holler staff was very personable and were wonderful to interface with. We highly recommend this dealership.

I immediately felt he had my interest at heart. He searched the lot with me until I found the vehicle that I liked. He answered all questions and concerns that I had. I had never purchased a Hyundai before. Mr. Ramirez made me feel secure with my purchase. He demonstrates professionalism, patience, and understanding. This is what makes him a five star saleman!

When shopping for a used car last week we were told it was no longer available because it had been taken out of inventory due to water damage. When asking for another used vehicle we were shown a new 2018 Elan tra instead. We test drive it but when offering to pay cash for it we were told we would have to pay $500 more because we didn't want to finance it. So we turned that offer down & left.
Roberto Barboza and your entire team made my experience a great one. Had the appointment the week before but because of Hurricane Irma it was moved to yesterday. Everything went smooth, plenty of smiles from everyone. I had a burned out tail light bulb and you replaced it free for me. It's those little things that will meke me come back to Holler Hyundai. Unfortunately my Sonata Turbo had a recall and I needed a whole new engine. From the beginning they were first class! They had my rental car already set up when my car was towed there! Justin was amazing. He was friendly and put me at ease that I had nothing to worry about! What impressed me even more was when my car was done and I couldn't pick it up due to health reasons they paid for the extra days which was almost a week and not expected and just blew me away! I would recommend everyone in the service department because they are all first class! Thank you to everyone at Holler Hyundai! My next Hyundai will be purchased there!
The sales team is excellent and I highly recommend Michael Friedman. It was pleasurable buying experience. The "gameron" paint protection is a waste of money as it is totally worthless. The window tint was great though. The first time in for service they left off one of the valve stem caps on a tire and when called they sent me two cheap ones that did not match. Later on the next service appointment that was fixed. They leave your car dirtier than when you bring it in, greasy hand prints all over it. The lower the tire pressure to 32, when the owner's manual and side door post call for 35. Hmm? Do they know more than the manufacturer? NO!
Very Easy and Quick car buying process. This is my first car and i dont know about car buying procedure. They helped me Finance the car at good rate. Overall very happy with my purchase of Hyundai Elantra 2017. No issues in past 3 months.
