my salesman was the best ever, Armando, the great guy he got me a great deal on my trade in. my 3-years-old loved it with the arcade game face painting and balloon animals she thought it was a party plus I left in a great car at a great price

Every employee I worked with was courteous and friendly. At no point did I feel like shark bait on a hook, nor did I feel like a dropped wad of cash. Mark took the time to explain several items to me a second time when I had questions about something. Financing was a great experience as it could be with all the anxiety of signing what amount to a small mortgage payment.
I went to DeMontrond with no particular vehicle in mind to purchase. Getting a new vehicle was a surprise gift from my parents so I was excited and openminded. My dealer, Teri Goebel was extremely patient with me and my parents, and over a 2 day period we narrowed my search down to a new Hyundai Tucson. I couldn???t be happier with my new ride and the experience I had a DeMontrond was beyond excellent. Unlike other dealerships, we experienced no pressure or haggling from the staff. I feel DeMontrond is a great place to buy a vehicle and furthermore, they have an excellent service department. I know this because my previous car, a Hyundai Elantra, was purchased and serviced there too.
Ben was polite and let me know what my service entailed upfront. I received a text after my multipoint inspection that informed me what failed during the inspection, provided a description of the service and let me know the cost. Once I selected the additional services, the link let me know how much more time was needed. Ben called when my car was being washed and ready for pick up. It was great and easy.
Great price, great service. Johannes started the process on the phone and Sam made the rest easy. I was in quite a bind when I started the process and I am so glad I made the call. Will definitely be back.
Overall excellent dealership in service/repairs and sales. Repairs because work is done right the first time and sales because they will work on your schedule.
