Hallmark Hyundai made buying a new car from a dealership an enjoyable experience. Their salesmen were not pushy, or overbearing. They answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable while shopping for a new car. While waiting for my new car to be detailed I mentioned I was getting hungry, and the salesman brought me a BBQ sandwich from where they had lunch catered that Friday. Now that's customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
While the noise could not be isolated. The noise has mostly gone away. It was more of a make sure the car is ok. They did just that. A dishonest shop could have charged me for something I didn’t need and sent me down the road. Hallmark made sure my car was fine. No attempt to fool me. Took my concerns seriously and took care of me and my car.
Fantastic across the board! We checked out multiple dealerships, and this one was by far the best. John Honeycutt sold us a Santa Fe and the whole experience exceeded all expectations. Would 100% recommend Hallmark Hyundai and buy here again! 5 stars!
Everything and everyone at this dealership was awesome, I never felt like I was being pressured or forced to make a decision. They were very patient with me, and even when I got back to the finance department there were no tricks up their sleeve???s or hidden costs, perfect car buying experience definitely going to be my first stop next time I need a vehicle
We have purchased through a few dealerships. Our experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs was excellent. Sim Thomas is an exceptional person to work with. He is not a high pressure sales representative, but listened to what we needed, and worked on putting a deal together. He followed up to make sure everything was going ok. We would highly recommend Sim, and if we need to purchase a car in the future, Sim would be the first person we would go see.
Having to replace my wonderful car after it was totaled was a sad experience for me but the great guys at Hyundai of Cool Springs made me feel better and introduced me to my new fully loaded Elantra. "Loni". Sim Thomas was patient and full of helpful information about my new car and I definitely recommend a Hyundai AND nobody better to get it from than the Cool Springs team!!
I purchased my sonata from Sim Thomas who was very helpful and professional while dealing with me. Everyone there was very friendly. I did not realze till i got home though that my car did not have heated seats which i really wanted other than that i love the car.
I???ve been through a few dealerships in my past and purchased new vehicles at a number of them. My experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs was certainly the smoothest I???ve had yet! No haggling on prices, everything was explained clearly, and the employees were genuinely invested in selling their product. Sim did a great job getting me into the car I was looking at and even went through the time to explain all of the features after my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new Hyundai or other pre-owned vehicle!

Sim Thomas is not the typical high pressure sales representative. Instead he was focused on what I wanted & needed. Sim is excellent in teaching how to use the new technical features. He also follows up to make sure everything is going okay. I highly recommend Sim. I???m also expecting a great service experience.
I have now bought two vehicles from Hyundai of Cool Springs, the first a Veloster and this time, a Kona.. This is not your typical car dealership! Every person I have come in contact with, from the salesperson who sold me the cars to the manager who approved the deals to the finance manager and the service department - everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Very out of the ordinary for a car dealership. Oscar Benavides was my salesperson with both purchases and is truly a perfect salesman and represents the dealership admirably. Even when I traded in the Veloster for my most recent purchase, they offered exactly what Kelly Blue Book stated was reasonable even from the start of the negotiation. That is true integrity - no low balling for the initial offer. I felt 100% comfortable from the start which I have never felt before with other dealerships.
I am totally blown away with this dealership, Cory Simpson was outstanding, friendly, no pressure and caring through the process, he even did the finance part. The Manager/Owner Frank came out several times to make sure everything was going well. I have been to many dealerships in Franklin TN- I bought my 2008 Volvo in Franklin TN and never once did I see an Owner come out to talk to a customer. That says a lot about a company in my opinion. This is the best dealership in Franklin TN, no where else is a better place to shop.

After doing a lot of shopping for a good used car, we found the perfect one for us at Hyundai of Cool Springs. Craig Francis (the sales professional who worked with us) was attentive, focused on our needs and handled everything professionally but with a real human touch. The entire staff was accommodating and very friendly, Mark the financing guru was great and very proficient...even though we were buying a used vehicle we were treated like royalty. It was a great experience and we will be back for our future car needs. Great job Hyundai of Cool Springs!
Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. John Honeycutt understood what I was looking for in my next vehicle and delivered with the Elantra GT. Its refreshing to walk into what normally is a high stress situation and be met with a zen-like approach to salesmanship. Never pushy, asked all the right questions and when I asked for the no frills model, there were no high pressure up-sells. From the test drive on Friday to the impulse return Saturday (which ended in a purchase!) I felt like I could trust everything John and the team were telling me. Choosing to purchase from Hallmark is a no-brainer.
I never write reviews but the amount of ignorance and lack of customer service has made me feel the need to let others not use this service center EVER. They supposedly try to fix a part that was never broken a weekend I was moving out of town. The car was never fixed - as the issue that was supposed to be fixed left me broken down on I 65 at 2am on the highway. I drove back down to have my car fixed at which I called in advance to have looked at. 2 days later the car was never looked at and was told it would be 2 more days before it was looked at ?! I have drive 200 miles and 3 hours later to have a part fixed that should of already been fixed and you all have yet to look at it , when scheduled in advance. I spoke to the GM and the service manager to them dismiss that they couldn’t do anything more because they were going on vacation... I’m appalled at the inconsideration and the lack of empathy for a single mom with a 9 months old child who continues to break down because of a issue you all didn’t fix and lack of $750 later from labor and parts that weren’t fixed and didn’t correct the issue! Save your time and do no use these people ever again!
