Found a car that had what I wanted for comfort and ease in driving. Came home with a very nice new car. Will not have to worry about scraping the side mirrors in winter. Rides nicely. One rainy day I found myself wanting and needing to replace my present car. I chose Hyundai Boucher to start looking. I was immediately greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. My salesman showed me his desk and proceeded to ask and write down my needs and wants in a car. I was looking to lease. He listened attentively and took several notes. Then he went out in the driving rain and brought back the most eye-catching 2017 Scarlet Red Hyundai Elantra for me to drive in the rain. Well, it won my heart and upon returning to the dealership, I said (not thinking he could hear me)....that was perfect! Well, he heard and was quite delighted. From then on that car was mine.
I cannot say enough about the care I was extended in so many ways. If you want friendliness and courtesy, that is the place to go. I use a walker to get around and the way I was handled was amazing. They are such a wonderfully caring staff. I'll definitely return for my next car. My sons fell in love with my new car and even were more pleased at how the car 'fit me'. I am quite short and have had problems finding something I can drive and still see where I'm going.
Oh, yes, my friends are all envious.
I've always had exemplary service and all work that needs to be done or that was done explained in detail. Comfortable waiting area, a couple of quiet workstations, free WiFi, and nice refreshments make waiting for my vehicle a breeze!
I worked with Rex Hooper with my purchase. He was fabulous! Very knowledgeable. Showed me everything I needed to know about the Hyundai Sonata. Also finance guy Matt Schultz was terrific! Was very clear with the financial details. Also spoke with Jim Wagner the Sales Manager. He was terrific as well. Very helpful and personable. Which I really liked. Kudos Zimbrick! Great staffing!
I brought our 2016 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport in for its initial servicing. The customer service was top notch and I only had to wait about 30 minutes. I received a coupon for a car wash, because it was "under 20 degrees" and I learned that washing a car in such low temperatures can sometimes result in the door seals to freeze shut (if water remains), causing damage when opening the doors. It made sense, but noone ever told me that before. So good service AND useful education at the same time! And, we LOVE our Hyundai!! Even our 22 year old engineering son has exclaimed about the careful thought behind every feature.
The customer service is awesome, but Hyundai itself is making me very mad. The person I am working with is going an awesome job no complaints there. Why did I say Hyundai is making me mad you ask? This is why, my car has been sitting at the service department longer than I've owned my car. The only reason for that is because I am always waiting for parts. I have owned my car for a little over two months now, and my car has been at the service department for more than a month. On top of that, it is a brand new car, I should not be having problems with it already. I owned a 2004 Elentra for 11 years and never had a problem with. Now, I owned a 2016 Hybrid Sonata and I had more problems with it in two months than I ever did in the 11 years I owned the Elentra. I regret my purchase every day.
I brought in my 2007 Sante Fe for an oil change and recall check. Because it is an older car with over 120,000 miles, it has some identified issues. Since it would be prohibitive in cost to fix everything that needs it all at once, I appreciated the willingness of Rob Capener to work with me in deciding which issues affected my safety that could be fixed during this appointment.
I purchased a vehicle from another dealership in town to find that the tires were worn when they told me they were new. Zimbrick has new tires on their vehicles! Tim was honest and helpful. I like my new sporty ride! I was impressed when a loaner was provided to me as the financing needed to be scheduled for the following day. That was very helpful. Thank you.
I really wasn't quite ready to part with my 2006 Tucson but I rec'd a letter from Alicia saying they were looking for vehicles like mine so I thought why not look...no harm in looking right? I loved my Tucson so I knew I wanted to purchase another in the future. Alicia ,Alex and Casey worked together to give me what I needed to purchase a 2015 Hyundai Tucson!
