Dealt with Troy. He was very patient with us during the buying process. He educated us about the features of the vehicles we were considering and did not pressure us during the process. I recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
I recently traded in my Sonata for a newer (used) model and the process was seamless! My salesman, Josh Moon, offered to send me additional photos and a video of the car I was interested in to assure me this car met my expectations before making the hour trip to the dealership to see it. There is nothing worse that seeing a car online and then going to see it in person at the dealer and it's a total disappointment. Not the case here at all. While out on the test drive they assessed my car for the trade-in value. By the time I returned they were ready to propose some numbers. The entire process was very relaxed and seamless. It was about closing time and I did not feel rush in the least. The finance person, Dan Lochner, was very thorough and also took his time with me even though it was beyond closing time. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman, Josh, texted me the next morning to follow-up and to let me know if I had any question to let them know. Nothing short of an awesome experience.

He treats every one with respect. His employees, such as Rod Oltz, was very friendly and knowledgeable, patient and comforting to work with. Also working with Alex Latino in the service department with his expertise is reason for me to return for car service.
Dan listened and responded promptly with a great deal on just the car we were looking for. He and Rod Oltz made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. They are courteous, professional, and friendly and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
From the moment we walked in the door to the purchase of our new Hyundai Tucson, we were treated with respect and professionalism. This is my second new car purchase from St. Cloud Hyundai and will not be my last! I did not feel pressured to buy a car, was listened to, and felt like I was a valued customer. They stayed open late so I could look at a vehicle in the sunlight with my son. I got a great trade in price for my car, as well. Derik Boxell made me feel comfortable and explained everything so well. He was great to work with!! The best part was I got exactly what I wanted!
