There wasn't a moment that I felt pressured nor did they attempt to sell me something I didn't like or something over budget. My wife and I recently purchased a used car through Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha. Several days after driving the car off the lot, an unfortunate issue with the wheel well occurres. We notified them and they fixed the problem at no charge.

Boucher Hyundai's service department, and Randy in particular has always provided me with excellent service. Repairs have been timely and properly done and there has never been a problem with Boucher Hyundai honoring warranty work.
We are very happy with our new Hyundai and the excellent price we had to pay. Also, when I had trouble making our connection to my cell phone as I was leaving, another salesperson quickly helped me even though she was not the one that sold us the new car. Excellent service as our sales guy was now busy with another customer.
What used car three days later had no heat blowing out. Took car in they checked it said it was the thermostat it was.not. They gave me a loaner car and will call me when they find out what's wrong. They said all things would be covered under the warranty to get it working again. Waiting for phone call to say that it is done.
Dustin Egghead did a great job directing me to the service department. Once there, Nick got me set up with a last minute oil change before the holidays. I???ll be back soon for another last second Lil change.
