Once a Kelley Family always a Kelley Family

I come from a long line of Kelley buyers. My first car after college was a Kelley Nissan (courtesy of my mom). My aunt bought her jeep from a Kelley dealership. My mom brought two more cars from Kelley one for each of my brothers. My sister and stepfather also bought their cars from a Kelley dealership. In case you haven't been keeping count, across my family, over the last 8 years we have purchased 6 cars all from Kelley dealerships. We are good for almost one car a year. So naturally, when my graduation gift started to kick the bed, I turned to Kelley to help me through the journey of purchasing a new one. And all the experience did for me was reinforce why we are a Kelley family. My rep Peterson Charles was tremendous. Seriously, if you go to this dealership, request him. He was extremely knowledgeable, very straight forward, personable and I always felt like he had my best interest at heart and not only wanted my business but wanted me to have an excellent seamless, no hassle experience with Kelley. And here's the shocker, after the sale, after I signed the paperwork, his attention, his service, his effort didn't waiver. I can tell you one thing, he and Kelley have a loyal customer in me. I will see you in 3 years or so Peterson when I upgrade! Also, the sales manager Cong was really helpful as well. He listened to my needs and made it clear to me that I was a valued customer. He was excellent also!
