I did not purches from Walser as the vehicle I went there to see was sold shortly before I arrived. The sales person and I reviewed inventory at multiple Walser dealerships. I was looking for very specific vehicles and they did not have any more in stock.

Josh provided excellent service. He listened, did not push to sell, and worked to find a deal. He was honest and fair. We got the car we wanted for a reasonable price.

We worked with Phil, he was awesome and treated us like family. They are very honest and up front about the pricing and negotiation. Phil was great as well as the rest of their team, highly recommend!

The staff at Buerkle is amazing. They take time to really hear your needs and find the perfect vehicle for you. on Sept 20th, 2019, I went to vehicle fully winterized and any preventive issues taken care of. As always; Excellent customer service when bringing vehicle in for maintenance. Red Haired Lady , I don't know the name is excellent in customer service, Gave me price and I signed the sheet knowing the car is well taken of as it has been for the past 4 years. Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my new Sonata. He wanted to make sure that I found the right vehicle for me. He took the time to ask me what I liked about my previous vehicle and what I would like in my new one. It was hard to trade in my old Sonata because it was such a great vehicle but Rich made it a very easy transition. I’m glad that I was greeted by Rich when I went to Luther he truly made the experience a great one. I would definitely work with him again. Thank you Rich for being so kind and helpful.
