When I call to get an appointment the service department is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. They get in as quickly as possible with no hassle. When I bring my car into the shop they always do good job keep let me posted on what is going with my car and let me know if my needs other work. The service reps are always friendly and know me by name. It's a great place to go for service.

I just purchased my second Kia Sportage from Danbury kia. Jeff Sousou was my salesman. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by so many friendly faces. It made me bet comfortable (and non stressed!) Jeff was very compassionate, knowledgeable,professional, and really showed he cared about his customers. By my second time to Danbury ( first to pick out the car, and second to get it), I felt like we were good friends. I travel almost an hour to get to Danbury Kia, but wouldn’t have it any other way! We leased my beautiful Blue Subaru in December of 2016, fell in love with it from the beginning. Gabe Kourie was very helpful and great to deal with as were the others at the dealership. When it was time to lease another car for my husband, there was no question that it would be a Subaru. We called Gabe to save us a Black Outback and we leased it sight unseen. Old school atmosphere....just the way it should be: Great customer service, knowledgable about the product, courteous and Honest with a capital H. Traded in my Honda, got a fair price and used it as a down payment on new Subaru. Best car by a mile I have ever owned. Top notch people. Actually, the best car dealership I have ever been to. Marc Debenedictis was one for the ages as the absolute best sales person anyone could ever hope to meet. A true professional in every sense and a man who truly cares. Mike Maresca helped solidify the deal and was totally perfect in everyway.

In and out . Scheduling was fast and easy. Showed a definite attitude of caring for their customers. Car was ready faster sooner than expected. Will definitely use them again.
