My former car was having several mechanical problems and I was desperate for a solution. Although Herrnstein Hyundai was wonderful during the service work process on that vehicle and took good care of me, the car was continuing to have some issues so I decided it was time to trade-in. Jenny Martin was my salesperson and she was fantastic. She helped me find a 2026 Kona and never pressured me at all - she just listened to what I needed and got me in the price range I asked for. She was super kind, and took time to show me all the bells and whistles in the car before my test drive, then helped me set up everything for the car (i.e., Bluelink). Process was smooth and fast. Marcel was friendly and definitely helped make the process easy. The only issue we have is with the side view mirror. We are scheduling an appointment to get it fixed. That was the only thing we really saw that needed closer attention given they do an inspection of the used vehicles. Apart from that everything else was went smoothly and did not take longer than it should have. A great buying experience.

I have always found everyone at this dealership to be friendly and very helpful whether is was just service or a question on the new cars. I have been bringing my wife's car here for over five years. I've never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or my wife. Straight forward with any issues. Today's cars are more complicated. I enjoy Robert's way of letting me know they found something serious. I'm very thankful they listened to my concerns and checked things out more closely than just an oil change. There's lots of good people at this dealership, I feel very comfortable coming there. I enjoy hearing great stories from people that drive over from Idaho.
