The car met the needs of my wife for a mid to small vehicle. Plenty of room, good storage, easy to drive and goes in the garage easy.

After getting this car ,there was no paint chipping and after 2 months thats when i see the fisrt sign of it and its getting wrost. Beside that its a great car.

This is one of the best cars ever made. Perfect combination of power, gas mileage (I routinely get 42 - 44 mpg), and reliability. Car only requires oil changes every 5,000 miles or so; big servicing required at about 63,000 miles. I would gladly get another of these vehicles in a heartbeat.

Walked in and immediately connected with Andrew who I had an apt with. No nonsense, no trying to up sell me, no trying to tack on add-ons. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the car! Any question I had, he had a legit and honest answer for. If he didn’t know the answer he was extremely prompt about getting it.(Which only happened with a finance question.) There was no pressure to buy. Honestly the first time buying a new car where I didn’t leave feeling upset or swindled. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a KIA go there, and ask for Andrew!!!

I recently upgraded from my 2010 elantra to a black 2023 elantra sel convince. This is a great car EXCEPT for the paint. the paint on this vehicle was not polished properly in certain spots and after only 3 weeks damage to the clear coat and chips have already occurred! Keep in mind i drive this car the same way i have driven previous cars and never before have i seen so much damage to the paint accumulate in the span of less than a month after purchasing. Great safety features and just enough power- just a crappy paint job. If you are going to purchase this car, silver, gray or white would probably be your best bet.

We bought our Elantra with 10K on the odometer and loved it since. The car has a great feel to it, it drives well, doesn't require much in terms of maintenance and meets all of our transportation needs. It's too small if you have a family of 4 or more, but for me and my wife it's quite ideal. Would recommend!

If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!

I bought my car used and must say its the best car ever. I love it. However im having a little problem with i guess electrical,in my dash and it sometimes not turning over. However, when i apply my brakes it straightens up. Weird. Im a single, unemployed female at this time so if anyone has an idea what this could be,please feel free to elaborate. Other than this problem. She is my baby. Love it.

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

Design / Style is for an individuals taste. Exterior: i do like the style / lines. Interior: the layout of controls is good. It's easy to get to various screens & displays. My only (2) negative things... The gas mileage I'm getting (35-38 mpg) of this 2017 has declined 3-4 mpg (from my former 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited which averaged between 38-41). My mechanic also informed me as these Hyundai's age they start to burn (a little) oil -Proven as I have no drips in my garage but was down 1/2 quart at (several oil changes ago) -now using a heavier oil to compensate. Those (2) things are the only negatives (from me). The Android Auto feature I use all the time: Driving Directions from the [App] on my phone, making/ receiving calls & texts...all by voice command. The Air Conditioning & Heating is fantastic with the separate control. The Front Seat Heating is wonderful (quickly heats up when needed). The 60 / 40 Rear Seat Split (fold down) is great -easy to access the pull knob in trunk. BSD (Blind Spot Detection) is a wonderful safety feature; you know when someone is approaching & alerts so you will not change lanes. Backing up Detection/ Alert is great in parking lots. The camera & the alarm are great when backing up, as many people have no regard for cars backing out (they just keep walking & expect you to yield to them). I'm presently looking into buying a new 2023. My overall rating for this car (from 2017 to present 10/5/22) is an 8 / 10.

I bought my 2020 Elantra SEL with 10k miles on it in May 2021. I have loved it every day since buying it. I now have 50k miles and no major issues at all. I have only done regular maintenance. It's very reliable and fuel efficient. I'm averaging 37 mpg higway/city driving. The interior is simple and easy to use. Hyundai continues to use physical buttons which makes navigating the infotainment screen a breeze. 2.0L NA DOHC engine has been perfect for my needs. Yes, it's kinda sluggish, but it's got the power to get on the interstate and get around people if needed. A few of cons:( very minor in comparison) 1. The models with dual climate, the selection where is air comes out is very annoying. You have to the press the button multiple times for just face, face/feet, feet/defrost, etc. Just give me a dial, please 2. The seats do not have great lumbar support. 3. The headlights are poor in raining conditions. I would upgrade the bulbs to LED. 4. Piano black( around/on the shifter) get REALLY hot in the summer. You can burn your self. Be careful. I will note, at the time of writing this this model and others are easily STOLEN. List can be found online of all affected models and years. If you buy this car or any model affected, make sure the recall is taken care of. And get yourself a steering wheel lock. Thankfully, mine has not been stolen.

Seats are very uncomfortable, and the entire interior is made of cheap plastic that rattles. Low visibility out rear window. Suspension isn’t very good either

Every time I take my vehicle to #1 Cochran to get it serviced I am amazed at the professionalism and the genuine Customer Care. Every service is explained and the wait time is minimal. I purchased my vehicle at the West Liberty Ave location and each time upon exiting the facility my vehicle is washed. Kudos to # 1 Cochran

As soon as a walked through the door I was greeted by Adrian Ashmore who immediately helped me look for a vehicle after I gave him a quick idea on what I was looking for. Adrian was quick and professional and knew what vehicles he had on the lot and quickly found me a gorgeous vehicle and than helped me knowing I wasn't great on credit to know what to come in with to help my odds on getting approved. Adrian took it to Beth Williams who was quick and professional and told me how it could go and was quick on getting everything ready and seeing if I would get approved. Once I was approved Beth was great at getting me through all the paperwork and the coverage I wanted. Thank you to Adrian and Beth for making it possible to buy a great vehicle and not dragging the process out. Definitely recommend this place to other customers.

This car is very easy to drive. The only problem was the steering wheel bearing's grinding noise, which gradually rose over time to the point of obvious. Hyundai is aware of the issue, it's covered, and the dealer has the special tools to change it out. The CVT's activity may cause some consternation at times, but this is not even complaint material for me. Anyway, overall this is a great car and so worth the price.

The it self is good, but the dealer picked out the car for me and advertised it on the net at one price then when was all said and done I ending up paying $4000,00 plus more for the car. It felt like a bait and switch all they way, I may never buy another car from a dealer - thieves, I will go with private party. All those fees they charge are just extra profits for the dealership. The price advertised should be the price paid!

I really enjoyed working with NHAMs team. They were kind and very helpful with all my questions. I didn’t have the best credit and surprisingly the financing was quick and easy. I guess they really work with all kinds of credit. I would recommend them to anyone. I didn’t have that much to put down and they worked really hard to find me a car that worked with my down payment. Very happy to have wheels again and to be in car I actually like!!

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

I recently bought a Telluride from Cochran Kia Robinson dealer shop after much thought. I hope this honest review will help those who are worried about buying a vehicle. 1. Have a lot of vehicles I wanted to be able to buy and take away immediately after visiting, so whether or not dealer shop had the model, color and trim I wanted was quite important in my purchasing decision. And it will certainly be an advantage that even those who have time to buy a vehicle can purchase the vehicle they want immediately. The Cochran Robinson dealer shop has a number of models I want in many colors and trims, so I could purchase and ship the vehicle I wanted immediately after visiting. For your information, I'm not going to check every vehicle, but the homepage inventory and actual inventory seem to have matched at least the model I want. It is thought that it is a dealer shop where there is no risk of fake inventory. 2. Reliable dealer Regarding purchasing a vehicle, an expensive item that requires continuous management, whether the dealer is reliable is an important factor in deciding whether to purchase it. I purchased the vehicle from Ms. Katie at Robinson Dealer shop, who kindly explained the purchase process, the condition of the vehicle and accepted my request as much as possible. And she did her best for rapid take away, and fed back the progress of the purchase process. These words and actions of hers were trustworthy enough, and I decided without hesitation to buy through her. And to this day, she is responding kindly to my requests if I have any questions about the vehicle or if I have any requests. 3, Convenience of payment methods I usually only use debit cards and cash, but most dealer shops, including other brands, have asked me only check. But at Robinson dealer shop, I could pay by a debit card as requested by me, so I could save the hassle of having to visit the bank. I respect the dealer shop's standards regarding payment methods, but it is certainly an advantage for customers to have more options. 4. Good location. This part may vary from person to person, but the location of service facilities and dealer shops was also considered for inspection, maintanance and free service. I bought mine a month ago and I LOVE it. It has wonderful gas millage (40-42 mpg highway) Drives smooth and is comfortable. I am 6 foot tall and have trouble in other cars, but this one I have plenty of room and my head is not hitting the top and it doesn't feel like I'm sitting on the ground. Visibility is great, I can see around with little blind spots. I think it is a very driver friendly car. Especially if you are on the highway a lot, like I am for work.
