If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. When I went in to pick up the vehicle it couldn???t have went smoother. In and driving out in my new Q5 in less than 45 minutes. The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Devin our sales guy was great. Followed up and really worked with us on getting the price we could afford. I had a few issues with some minor repairs after the purchase but after some discussions they honored them. The only negative thing was the finance person. He was rude and patronizing and made what was an awesome experience up to that point a bummer. But it wouldn’t keep me from buying from them again. I just wouldn’t go through that guy again.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.

Aaron was very helpful in finding us a car that fit our needs perfectly, and not an overly pushy salesperson by any means, actually fun to talk to. He was responsive during the negotiation process, and then Abel helped us during the purchase and was also made the process easy and as quick even though they were very busy that day. I had written an earlier review dissatisfied with the fulfillment of promises made when I bought my subaru. After I contacted the sales manager, everything went very smoothly. If the service had gone well from the beginning, I would give 5 stars. As it is, a customer shouldn't have to contact the sales manager to have promised services delivered. They are very accommodating, and really tried--I'm sure that their process will improve.
This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!
Dave met me before 7:00 am, and got me right in for my 30,000 mile service on my Sonata. He notified me of a couple of minor recalls that I had not received notice of from Hyundai, and had me out in under two hours. He helped me get my Hyundai information corrected, so it was a good visit. I drove past another Hyundai dealer to get there, and it was worth the drive...
