I recently purchased a used vehicle from Greenville Sports & Imports in NC. I found the the entire buying process to be very satisfying. The sales team and associates were very knowledgeable and helpful in clearing some hurdles for an out of state buyer. They even went as far as to send the car back to their service department for a second inspection when I told them I was coming. It was then discovered that the vehicle (2007' Cadillac STS V8 Luxury) had faulty rear brake pads, calipers, and rotors. Sports & Imports covered the cost of these repairs without hesitation. I then made the 526 mile trip home with no issues whatsoever. Price was reasonable, at a little over $1000 below market value I ended up with a quality used vehicle. This is the best car I’ve owned inside and out! Sunroof, pearl which doesn’t look pearl though. But you won’t want another car after this.
It was a good experience the lot is nice the vechiles are nice and clean the dealer we dealt with was very nice and so helpful and we did get the truck we wanted rated from 1-10 the 10 being the best ours was a 10+++++++l would recomend them to everyone they will help and they will do you right

This car was so clean, and the back seat roomy enough for a child's carseat. Exterior was dent free, no rust, and just love it.
Recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from this dealership on May 1st and the service department didn't do a proper service to the car. About a month later the car was completely out of oil. Next about a month and a half after that, the radiator is cracked. The service department aren't doing they're job as far as making sure you have a properly serviced car when you purchase it. I left the sales manager a message about his service department not servicing the car correctly and have yet to hear from him, Mr Truesblood. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

I bought the car brand new with only less than 5 miles on it. It’s the fully loaded Limited Utime editio. It has never required any service and its almost 24,000 miles. Super great value and craftsmanship. People seem to always mistake it for a Lexus model they have never seen. I get a lot of compliments and admiring looks. Super nimble in the sports mode.
I have purchased 3 Honda's from Barbour Hendrick in the past few years. Always had great experiences with the entire staff. Robert Ellsworth, who is no longer there I believe, and Reggie Stevenson - the best there is in my opinion - and all the others that help in the process. I always get a fair price, even if we have to go back and forth for a few days. It's a process and I know that - having had 3 uncles that were either car salesmen or owned their own dealerships when I was much younger!
The service department is top notch as well.
This facility is over an hour away from my house, but it is worth the drive to get a fair price on a car, good service all around.

Tim and his staff are top notch. You can tell they really care about their customers needs. They went out of their way to find me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. This was my 4th vehicle from them and I will definitely be back.

I owned a 2013 Elantra I bought it brand new with 21,000 miles on it. The car got good gas mileage, it had all the bells and whistles, the back up camera was in a odd place where the cigarette lighter should go. It ran ok until my 5 years of having the car ..When it got cold I noticed a tapping noise I took it to the Hyundai repair shop I was very shocked to her that my engine was gone . When it gets cold metal fragments chips into the motor causing the motor to go out I informed them this should be a recall failure they stated no Patterson of Tyler was rude they was not helpful saying I should of had a extended warranty No you I felt they should fix the car mistakes nethless to say the argument with Patterson of Tyler did not end well..I ended up selling the car due to defective motor..Beware don't buy this car without a warranty or extended warranty
