Started to buy a camry and thought about it over night. Too late it was sold the next morning. Salesman got a Lexus trade in that he let me know of immediately - test drove it and am so happy we it and the buying process. This is my second car from them.
For me to travel 3 1/2 hours to purchase a car, obviously the deal had to be right. One email, followed by a 7 and then a 5 minute phone call, we had a deal. Cut to the chase, no waste of my time. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Extremely courteous and respectful of my time. Since the purchase, I have been called by 3 different individuals to make sure I was happy and satisfied with their dealership and staff.

We drove from Louisville because the price on a Hyudai Sonata Hybrid on Cars.com was much lower than any Louisville dealer. We worked with Colin Blyth and John Allen. Colin was the Internet contact and responded promptly to any question we had. Jim spent the better part of the day showing us the car and setting up everything after we bought it. I felt the pricing and trade were fair. I have never seen a more straight forward purchase contract. Wish they were closer for service.

Very satisfied with the service. I didn't have an appt but was very concerned with the low tire pressure in my back tire. They took my car straight back, removed a nail, patched the tire & checked the others, all in a timely manner. I drove off the lot with a secure piece of mind.
Mitchell was wonderful during the buying process and was very patience but on top of things!! He made sure I loved the car before and after purchase. Matt was great too when it came to the paper work. Overall great experience!
