I brought in a used vehicle I just purchased knowing it had some issues with it. Brian understood right off the bad that I wasn???t trying to drop a bunch of money into it. He did however tell me everything that was wrong with it and cleared up some issues about what I ???thought??? was wrong with it. Anyways, I got all the work I needed done and didn???t break the bank and I felt super comfortable and happy as my car just feels a lot better than when I picked it up. Also I haven???t really met someone his age who is as professional! 5 stars I???ll be back.
I am from Canada and while my wife and I were traveling to Arizona for the winter we had a small engine fire in Oregon. My car was transported to Speck Hyundai, which was the luckiest thing for me. From the minute it arrived Mike Marchese went to bat for me and eventually was able to get my engine replaced at no cost to me with Hyundai Canada. On top of this he was able to arrange a rental car for me to continue on to my destination in Arizona. Even when we reached Arizona he continued to fight for us with Hyundai Canada to try and reach a equitable solution. I have been in business my whole life and have seen a variety of service levels. However, I can without a doubt state that Mike Marchese provided me the best service I have ever had. He was in constant communication, was very compassionate to our plight, professional , and did everything and more than I would have ever imagined,to rectify our problem. If Mike is a representation of the quality of service and care Speck Hyundai provides I would whole heartily recommend dealing with them. Thank you Mike .
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
Going to Excalibur was a good decision dealt with Heath Hagg a few times over the phone very pleasant gentleman to deal with when it was time to buy he wasn't working on that day but was dealt with another gentleman all and all great experience and would purchase from them again.
They have great customer service and really work with you to help achieve what you're hoping for. We've bought one car and traded in one (so two total cars from Excalibur) and they've been great experiences.

As an airman in a new area, and a kid right out of High School, this dealership and Mr. Doyle were SUPER helpful. They were very honest with me and had patience with me being far away and taking some time to close the deal. Mr. Doyle was very responsive to texts and calls and went above and beyond multiple times to get more info and pictures of the car for me. I couldn???t be happier with my first car buying experience.
I just bought my dream car from Archibald’s and they made the process so easy!!! I am so turned off by high pressured sales and they are so easy-going and down to Earth! I feel like the sales team is there to assist you and not to force you to buy something!!! I hope to have my car for a few years but I definitely will be going back!!!
