We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
Salesman was awesome. But a day or two after having it we began having problems with a safety feature on the car. They will not fix it. They did promise a few other things but I feel a safety feature is something that should of been caught in their so called inspection or it should be taken care of seeing how it is a safety feature... Just be careful of the car you choose.. Looks aren't everything
I had called to check on a mini van I had seen on their website and I spoke to Bruce. I had a few questions about the seat, he proceeded to go out to the van and text me pictures about what I was seeing. I ended up going to the dealer (Over 1 hr drive away) to see and test the van, taking my sister with me. The customer service was great and not only did I end up buying the van, my sister ended up with a car for herself as well! Bruce went above and beyond helping us get our cars!
There were at least two sales people that walked past me, looking the other way, as I entered the dealership trying to find a Sonata that I had looked at about 6 mos. prior. Matt Salazar looked up from his desk, saw me looking around and asked if he could help me. I already knew pretty much what I wanted, just needed to find it. He listened to all my wants and pointed me in the right direction. He was very helpful as well as friendly and he and a young blonde lady (who was only helping out during the big rebate sale) set out to "find" the very car that I wanted. After I drove a white Sonata Sport I knew that it was the car I wanted....only black. Don't know the young lady's name, as she wasn't on the list, but both she and Matt zeroed in on me, answered all my questions and took care of me throughout the whole procedure! I have told everyone to go see Matt and I love my Sonata.
If you are shopping for a car, go to Texoma Huyundai, Sherman. Dont trust your purchase with anyone else. They picked out my car by what I asked for by phone. I had a very short time to shop. Time was crucial. I fell in love with that car. I could not have chosen a better one if I tried. I didn't need to even look any further, though they would have let me. But, one look at the car they picked for me and I knew it was the right one. Thanks DJ!
What car buying experience should be! No pressure, up front pricing and complete transparency from start to finish! Bryan Hannah in Sales and Chad Smith in Finance restored my faith that there are still honest people in the car business!
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
