Everyone was courteous. Technician recommended an urgent repair. Was not able to talk to the technician and the service rep could not answer my questions. Also, I was probably overcharged for the Keyfobs, but I have not heard back from McCluskey yet.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Andrew was great! I came in two hours before closing and was provided with awesome customer service and was walked through every step. He made sure to fix a couple minor issues before letting me take the car off the lot. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again!
Justin Frisk is amazing. I broke down on the highway on my way to dealership and he came to my rescue. Also provided me with the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward. The whole staff overall was awesome.

We worked with Chris Taulbee, and he was fantastic to deal with. Easy going, very upbeat, knowledgeable...the whole 9 yards. The Hyundai vehicles sell themselves with all the desired features and an unbeatable warranty. So it is down to the salesman and the haggling with the financing guys, both of which were fine. We left with a vehicle I was thrilled with and at the price I wanted when we went in there.
It has been 7 weeks since purchased the car. I love the car more than I did the first day I drove it off the lot.
We ended up not buying a car through Sweeney, but not because of anything they did - we were looking for a pre-owned car in a brand they don’t generally sell. They had one on the lot and Michael Meyer answered all my questions and was really helpful, but the timing didn’t work out on my part. We ended up buying a certified pre-owned from that brands dealer, but we will definitely keep Sweeney in mind for future car purchases!
