Excellent service. Friendly staff. People tend to veer away of dealerships but my experience was great. Hats off to everyone who assisted in the purchase of my new truck. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends and family
My first car purchase was from Kerry. I worked with Tyler Dehart and the team to throughout the experience. I went home with a 2019 Hyundai Kona that I love! The team was super helpful, and Tyler was very attentive to what I was looking for in a car.
The person that helped me was so friendly and kind to us. Matthew deserves a pay raise or some kind of promotion. He went above and beyond to make sure that my first car buying experience was great. He worked with the finance department to make sure the payments would work out and personally checked the car to make sure that it was clean.
A good experience at the Kerry Nissan. are salesman Brent Adams was very knowledgeable and helpful on the Choice of our new vehicle. After two days of driving i did not likes the 19 ??? tires and the dealership changed them to 18??? no questions asked.

Me and my husband came to Superior Huyindai South to buy a new car. Neither of us has bought a brand new car before, and we did not know what to expect. Rick and Nelson did an exceptional job! They made us feel comfortable, explained everything, gave us options and were very professional, yet simple and friendly. While we were waiting, they were offering us drinks and asking whether there is anything else they can help us with. We walked out with a car we wanted, and could not be happier! Received great sales service from Matt ( sales manager). I had been looking for a particular color and trim level Hyundai Tucson. He went above and beyond to find and help me with the purchase. Had been to another Hyundai dealer in Nky and test drove car and gave salesman my info and trade info and he said would give me a call next day with price. I waited two days and no response so Called his cell # on business card. He answer and said he forgot and would call next day, no call. Reached out to the dealer and asked if they had any price or info for me and manager said he had no info so I told him to tell the salesman to forget it. Thanks again to Matt !!
Joel Epperson did a fantastic job helping me with the purchase of my used car from Kerry. I am very impressed with this young man he was very knowledgeable about the car and of the process. You don't buy a car every day so it is not something that you get used to. Joel made it a simple/painless process. He is a very kind person will go a long way. I would recommend him to all of my friends.
Have been in constant contact with a Brandy, I am confused that some simple questions she cannot answer unless it is an automated reply. I asked simple questions before I go waste my time going to a dealer when this car I chose does not have what I am looking for. First does this car have driver seat that goes up and down as well as up and back, I am 5 feet and like to see over the hood. Does the instrument lights come in red white and blue as I have now in my 2007 Elantra bought new. Dors the tint come in darker in the windows as I have seen the tint it has in new cars and you cannot tell they are tinted and my eyre are sensitive to sunlight. Does it have a backup camera when you are backing up to prevent you from backing into something or someone as I had two people to do that to me and I am very afraid I will do that so I had bought one to install in my car. These are not hard to answer, just go look at the car or have someone to look at and give you the answer, it would seem to me the reason for not answering they just want me to come in so they can sell me the car anyeay or get another with some of those features, so I believe they already know the answers as she keeps coming back and each time saying you just need to come in and test drive. The last two ratings does not apply to me, yet I cannot get past them to send my review so I just put one star, whats up with that, why not an answer does not apply for us people not repairing our cars.
Craig was our salesman. He did everything to make sure we left happy, walked us through the entire buying process, told us everything we needed to know about the car we were purchasing & never once showed frustration. There was some back & forth with the sales manager on the price but Craig went to bat for us to make sure we were happy. Worth the drive up to Cincinnati.
I had a very pleasant buying experience for my first Acura TLX at this Columbia Acura dealership. Although my son-in-law Jeff helped me did the initial search for a new car and pricing, he had high recommendations for both the 2017 Acura TLX and Sales consultant Mr. Gary Berner. It proved he is right. Gary's professionalism and follow-up on all details impress me a great deal, gave me an excellent impression on Acura and the Columbia dealership.
