I was looking at buying a car from this dealership. I was dealing with the Sales Manager and Lorie Ceal, Public Relations Director. I was amazed by how friendly and informative both of them were. I have been to their Ford side for service and was also pleased with the service as well. I did not end up buying a car because I decided to go with a different brand that I personally liked better. But I would recommend that you visit this dealership if you are interested in a Hyundai.
Brandon was very helpful in getting our 2013 Elantra in, even without an appointment. He also checked (successfully) for the existence of an extended warranty so that we only needed to pay the $100 deductible at pick up. Thanks!
I was looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for awhile and the dealership had one listed at a reasonable price. I contacted Hal Bliss by phone and set up a time to view the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Hal introduced me to Jordan Stevens to go over the vehicle. Jordan was very considerate and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I conducted a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle.
I did have a trade in and Hal was able to give me a fair price for. It was close to what I thought it would be worth and it was not worth haggling over a couple of hundred dollars.
Jordan then presented to me the "dealer equipment" that had been added on to the price of the vehicle. Having bought numerous cars from different dealerships during my adult life, I knew this was coming. I was able to remove some. Hal worked with me on the price of others. I believe that I received a fair deal for the car I bought with these added "options".
In the end, I would return to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to buy another car in the future. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or sign any paperwork until the deal was done.
This is the second time I have used Chapman for needed repairs on my vehicles and again the service was the best that I have experienced at any dealership or auto repair shop. Leo was able to get
my van in on moments notice, and kept me updated on the process

We came to Chapman Genesis from California because they had the last car in the color combination we were looking for in five states. It was totally worth it. Not only did we get a great deal on the car, the entire process was very smooth. Timewise we were still there for about three hours, but it didn't feel like it. They had the car and all paperwork they could draw up in advance ready. We worked with Jordan up until we got there, then Don and Louie helped us through signing paperwork and getting to know our new car. Would highly recommend these guys for your next Hyundai/Genesis purchase.

Service is always very good but I was more satisfied from this trip Becuase they actually got my car washed. They never did it in the past because my matte finish requires “special guys”. Don’t really know why that is so I might be less satisfied if they won’t wash my car next time.
Overall very good. Service attendant, Rigo, demonstrated an excellent professional attitude and was very knowledgeable as to what the problem was and how long it would take to fix it. The problem was resolved within 2 days.
