This is my second purchase with Wiesner, and second with Josh. He asks the correct questions and listens to what you want. I appreciate the honesty and low pressure in the purchase experience. Josh will get a third purchase from our family.
My salesman Angel was great very helpful and patient!! He was very helpful and great with all our needs and wants !! He alone deserves five star !!!!
Then it stops there!!! I wish it had been a better experience after we purchased the car getting all the special futures to work like “blue link” that company is a nightmare and I would never recommend that service !!! There’s not enough bad words in the English language to explain those people and their horrible customer service !!!!!
I was disappointed that no one greeted me upon entering. There was no welcome smile or greeting when finally some one looked up from their phone to let me know someone would take care of me shortly. I had requested to have my in cabin filter changed, but the tech made the decision not to change it without showing it to me first. Since I am chronic asthmatic I need to know my my filter is clean and it had been a year since it was last changed.
We have purchased several vehicles from Phil Long and always have a great experience with my car repairs and this is due to the technicians but also to Jay. He is a caring, knowledgeable and honest person to deal with. My husband passed away last year and I need someone to have integrity and to lead me in the right direction for my car repairs and he never fails to do so.
9/8/18. My oil change and tire rotation was completed. Only replaced upper radiator hose, did not replace the lower radiator hose as requested. Should have replaced upper and lower radiator hoses. This is the second time that the work was not completed. The first time they forgot to order the hoses so none of the hoses were replaced. Second time. Service writer knew that both hoses were to be replaced. Person that checks your lights and mileage was also told about replacing BOTH HOSES. What will it take to get the job completed. You need to know that upper and lower would be (2) not 1. Waste of my time again. .
Our buying experience was outstanding, our salesman was Miguel he was great to work with. He took the time WE needed to find the right car for us. On price and payment we informed Miguel where we needed to be, and he came through for us stress free.

Pretty good overall experience. I bought a nice used car. The salesman was friendly and went with me on a test drive. My first initial contact was online via email. We set up an appointment at my convenience. When I arrived the salesman had the car pulled out and parked up front and ready for me to examine and test drive. The only thing I would complain about it is that it took quite a long time to get to the finance manager's office to complete the sale because they were having slow internet/computer problems, which caused me to wait a considerable amount of time. They were very apologetic and made every effort to try to get me going as soon as they could. I would return to this dealership in the future.
Tommy Lane is probably one of the best salesmen that you could ever have the pleasure of doing business with. He and the entire Massey team lives up to their promise of treating you like family. The entire process of buying from Tommy and the Massey team was one of the best experiences ive ever had. I will buy here again and im so glad that I was treated like a person instead of a number with a pocket full of cash.

The pricing was great and we got a really good deal. Walked out the door with a Brand new Hyundai Tuscon Limited Ultimate!!! I would really recommend this dealer!
I didn't buy from this dealership (it is over 300 miles away from home) but my interactions were very friendly, without pressure and very professional. They also sell Hyundai cars that are hard to find without a markup unlike nearly all Hyundai dealers I found. If you are in SoCal and looking for a Hyundai I would start here.

I purchase a Santa Fe a little over a year ago. Because of the experience we just purchased a Sonata Limited. Everyone from sales to service has exceeded my expectations. The only negative comment I have is I wished the salesperson had told me the Santa Fe was a 4 cylinder. Then again, I should have asked.
