The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.

I have always taken it back to the dealer for service and oil changes.. they mean it when they talk about customer service being so important. The guys in the service department are great.
