Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
Noah greeted me in the car lot as I was looking, typical thing to happen at a dealership. However at no time while talking to Noah did I ever feel pressured, obligated or judged. That was a great feeling of relief and allowed me to enjoy my car buying experience unlike most sales members that I have dealt with in the past. Noah always got me an answer in a timely manner and never left me waiting or guessing. I truly appreciate everything. the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.

I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.

The service department is exceptional too. They never perform service on your vehicle without your approval! I highly recommend this dealership.

We can???t express how highly we recommend her and the dealership. They were not pushy, difficult to work with and they moved like lightening for us. Respected that we were busy people and our time was precious. Tiffany makes you feel like your her only customer. Answered all calls, texts and emails immediately. From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I proudly rang that bell on the way out the door and was proud to have my pic taken with Frank with my cool new ride! Thanks Frank. I'll be sending anyone who asks for a recommendation to you.
I’ve never been in a BMW dealership before and was very pleasantly surprised. Seems to me the sales people are a “ cut or two” above the typical car salesman. I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.
Overall my experience at Pugi Hyundai was excellent. I will be returning to buy a car for my fiancé as well. Everyone was really nice. They made the buying process easy and quick. Also the Starbucks machine in the waiting area gave me the energy I needed for my evening purchase.
