No price haggling. The salesman gave the bottom line price which was very reasonable. He was responsive via email and ready to finalize the deal when I arrived. Absolutely no hassle or pressure. Ethan did a great job through my whole process with Hyundai. Friendly smile, courteous, and polite from the start. Always Yes Sir or No Sir when asked yes/no questions. Very detailed knowledge of the car I purchased as he was able to answer all of my questions. He was also on top of the service I needed for the extra care warranty package I purchased to get it to the car into the "detail" shop. He even went above and beyond and brought my car to me at work when finished. Excellent service. This was the first time I purchased from Hyundai of Cary, and I would consider it again in the future and would recommend to my family and friends as well.
I was tired of my 2017 Corolla and really needed something bigger. I'm pretty tall and so are my 2 kids so the Corolla was not getting the job done. I started shopping online for a bigger car and started looking and at the Hyundai Sonata vs Toyota Camry. After comparing the two it was a no brainer. The value on top of all the options I could get for the price of the Sonata with the warranty just made sense. I stopped by after work one night about 1 hour before closing. Joseph Lynch (salesman) didn't hesitate to assist me in going on a test drive. I knew exactly what I wanted which made the process a little easier (haha). After test driving the 2018 Sonata Sport, Johnny Barbaro (sales manager) worked an amazing deal so that I was able to trade out of my Corolla into the Sonata. Since It was later in the evening and I was tired, we decided that I would come back and finish my purchase on my next day off. I returned bright and early on my day off and had a smooth sales process. Joseph was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure that I knew how to work all the technology and gadgets. I finished up my deal with Kris Wilkins (finance manager). He was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. These three guys made my buying experience the best that I have ever experienced so far!!. I will recommend this dealership to anyone hands down. If you are looking to be treated well and not hassled into a deal you don't want, they will take care of you.

As a recent grad I have not had the opportunity to build long term credit. So thank you for having faith in me. The only inconvenience I experienced was actually getting my car. However, North Carolina had just experienced a hurricane so it was completely understandable.
