Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Went to see about financing a car about 45 minutes before they closed. Tommy assisted me and I walked out with a new car! Not only did he get me a great deal but he worked with my needs of getting the sales tax financed for me as well since I just moved from CA and I wasn't prepared for the sales tax payment Missouri requires you to cover within 30 days. Awesome people, very friendly and overall great service!
They have no-haggle pricing. Their asking price on the car I bought was $2,100 under low-end Kelley Blue Book. No head games to take the extras: e.g., extended warranty, insurance or VIN glass etching.

I walked into the dealership thinking I couldn???t even get a car. The entire team at Hyndai Proved that to be wrong. I was blown away by how hard working the staff was and I never felt pressured. They presented me with options and let me figure out my best move. The team also stayed late, it was nearly midnight when I left the dealership. I will continue to give them my business and I will tell my friends about the wonderful experience that I had.

Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
I had a great experience with Zach from your service center. He kept me updated as I waited and was professional at all times. He offered a ride to where I needed to go if I could not wait and took care of an issue that I had with my salesman which is no longer there without me even asking. He will be the reason I buy or lease my next car from Frank Leta.
The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.
