I was at Imperial Hyundai in Milford and the service was excellent. Louis Andrade was quite patient and with enough knowledge about the car that I was interested in. When you go to Imperial Hyundai in Milford, look for Louis.

This car is considerably smaller than my current 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport which is great since I wanted to downsize. Love the sporty look of my new car and gets great gas mileage!!

Fantastic Experience!

John Earl did an outstanding job in my purchase of a new Hyundai Accent! He listened to me and very quickly grasped my car-buying habits and expectations, picked up on the vehicle that I had pre-shopped online, and then made the terms of the deal happen, all over the phone, in probably no more than 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! Exactly the way I like to buy a car. Not only all that, he then picked me up at my house, drove me to the Dealership, quickly completed the paperwork he needed, and turned me over to a Finance Manager (passing his advice to the Manager on my expectations and great dealership experience thus far). Kudos to Michael Walsh in the Finance office for breezing me through the closing of the deal, signed and sealed, with Delivery lined up later in the week! Hand shakes all around, and then John had me back to my house. Total elapsed time: an hour and fifteen minutes! John Earl, Michael Walsh, and Imperial Cars vastly exceeded my expectations for a trouble-free and fast purchase - absolutely INCREDIBLE, and absolutely exactly the way I want to purchase a new car! I highly recommend both for your next new vehicle. This was my first purchase from Imperial, and now I know there is no need to go anywhere else. John really listened and understood me, without putting any pressure on what I didn't want - Thank you John! P.S. Delivery went off without a hitch.

Topline: Beautiful and sporty feel, but not worth its value. Pros - Technology, size of floating screen, Android Auto, physical shortcut buttons, intuitive - Quick acceleration, sport mode is really fun, quiet cabin (except freeways) - Stylish overall, liked the premium look of the wheels Cons - Stiff cloth seats, lower panel sticks out and hurts lower back after 30min or so (for me at least) - Too much plastic all around especially sides of doors, looks cheap - Lacks premium features/details of comparable value hatchbacks (push-button start, electric seat adjustments, blindspot det, etc.) - Cannot find any leather seats online specifically for this make/model, unless you customize for $$$ - Stutters when you brake and turn quickly (could just have been this particular vehicle) - Fuel economy is slightly lower than competitors - Big blindspots (they have a second smaller mirror on the drivers side to help but it's not enough) I wanted to like this vehicle so much because I love the way it looks and drives, and I did my research beforehand but the reality was different. I got a 2018 hatchback base model version for <$16K for <20K miles which I thought was an average but ok deal (looking at Kelley Blue Book). When my bank was doing its own appraisal of the car (to see if I needed gap insurance) the value was well below that because they base it on features the car has. I know it's a common scenario but when it was missing all these other features that say, a Mazda3 had at a similar price (push-start, blindspot det, heated mirrors, leatherette seats, electric seat adjustments, etc.) I realized the value wasn't there. I passed on the Mazda3 too, but using as an example. Technology is increasing rapidly so paying on this car for a few years and still using a physical key with plastic insides and uncomfortable cloth seats didn't seem worth it. The YouTube videos and other reviews are true, the seats are very stiff. If you're going for a test drive, go for AT LEAST 30MIN to see how your body reacts to the stiff seats. Also, go on the highways. While it is a quiet cabin, I found it loud on the freeways.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I love the way this car looks. I love how fast it is. It is extremely comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is road noise but other than that it is an awesome car so far.

Test Drive Incentive for Henry Aubut

I went to the Milford Hyundai dealership because of the test drive incentive on 1 May 2018. Upon driving into the lot, I was greeted by salesman Noah Lemieux. He asked what I was interested in - I told him the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport - similar to my 2011 Chevy Equinox. He got the keys and a number plate for the test drive. I had many questions about it, in that I was unfamiliar with the brand. We went for an approximately 5 mile test drive - including a short span on Rte 495. The car was very quiet, and handled beautifully - I was impressed. While driving, Noah gave me many facts and figures about the Santa Fe - indicating he was very knowledgeable about his product.

I was originally looking at a 2011 chevy malibu that I had seen on the website. Our budget was between 250 and 350 a month. Jordan had asked us to consider a 2016 malibu as it would be better financially. The final number was 391/month so it was above the given budget but hopefully will work out in our favor. It was a VERY quick process, almost too quick as I feel some things weren't explained (like the warranties or gap insurance) very well if at all especially for this being my first time leasing a car. I felt very anxious not knowing what I was doing or what I was getting into until everything seemed to settle in place & work itself out. I'm happy with how everything turned out & I think I got a great car for a good price for what it's worth.

I love the way it looks!! It looks better than the focus...has more power than the corolla . The 2.0 has decent (more than you expect) power and i never feel its under powered. Transmission shifts smooth. Suspension is on the sportier stiff side . It was between the Elantra gt and the Mazda and IMO the Elantra felt more powerful and had same handling as the Mazda with a stiffer ride. Most of my driving is city and it gets around 24 mpg not the greatest but on par with its competition. Thousands less than its competitors with the best warranty in the industry.....definetely a winner!!

Selling to Carvana: super easy and no-hassle!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

It has enough room in the back for two sets of golf clubs, and it's low enough for my petite wife to help load our kayaks on top. The media group is great and it's a great ride.
